Do you noticed any changes in the Car sound, because I just ring my 2008 Camry 1week ago and the engine still makes louder noise while on motion, will this stop with time, or it can't stop?

More likely to happen but won't affect performance. Probably balance shaft delete was done, camshaft was wielded, bigger bearings was installed. I guess no noise when engine is idle?

Know the committees he's a member. Get a job recommendation letters from him and send to MDA . Keep asking when they're going to recruit/replacement and start bombarding the Sen with updates. Give him the acknowledgement.
