Dangote can only supply the equivalent of the supply given to his refinery by the the NNPC to the domestic market, shutdown issues, in-service maintenance and commissioning of the plant isn't even at 70% efficiency. Nigerian consumption is at 50milion per day at current production to today dangote is at half of that value leading to fuel insecurity if they follow your advice
