There is nothing special about Afghanistan. If the UK, US, or Russia wanted to destroy the country, they would have leveled it with nuclear bombs.

The only reason why there's a special interest in Afghanistan is because it is a breeding ground for terrorists.

Edit: For all those people quoting me telling me how Alexander the Great and Ghenghis Khan could not conquer Afghanistan, please STFU with your ignorance.
Alexander the Great conquered Afghanistan but couldn't keep it because he had no heir to unite his empire.

Ghenghis Khan conquered Afghanistan and expanded the Mongol empire all the way from China to Europe.
Afghanistan is nothing but a barren mountainous ragtag land filled with terrorists.
The land will still refuse to be conquered. Cos, of what benefit is a land leveled by nuclear war heads?

About the 2005 Mazda 6 which I sent its pics to you that was available for HP, I had to let it go. Reviews about the car was terrible. From high fuel consumption to expensive spare part or the unavailable parts. A full light they say goes for close to 100k and it has Zero second hand value. Bros, I just Japa! grin

But I am very much open for a HP offer preferably a Toyota Corolla. Thanks smiley

Felicity0001:
Ok, this will bring me to share my experience with the same area F police command.

On that fateful friday night after dropping of my rider off Kudirat Abiola Rd at about 11:28pm I knew time was running fast so i needed get home due to the curfew which starts at 12mindnight. Got to mobile filling station, Awolowo way about 3min afterwards then pulled over to do No.1... After that I hooped into my car and drove off...

Got to that club near firstbank along the Awolowo way then decided to wait a minute checking something on my phone while hoping to get a set destinatiin trip. This was exactly 11:45pm. On raising my head I saw about 3 police vans parked across the road and the men jumping down crossing over towards the other side of the road where I was parked... The corolla behind me moved with speed, I wanted to zoom off with him as my engine was still running with gear engaged but base on the knowledge of the time and happening I summoned confident and decided to stay but moving slowly...

Stop!! stop!! stop!!! With all form of aggression 3 of them entered into my car like say na only me them come for...move it!
Me: yes sir! To where sir?!
Area F police station.
Got to underbridge
Me: I stopped. But wait oh, officer watin I even do self, where una dey carry me go... One said watin b ur time... I showed him on my dashboard, sir this is 11:56pm now you guys stopped me at about 11:48/50pm so what offence have I committed.
Don't worry when we get there you'll know better, move it!

The story long oh with a lot of funny happenings but let me cut it short.

They brought in other people and we were about 70-75 of us with some foreigners and musicians with a few elderly people. Come see matter na.

Already made some calls but guess man was sleeping.

After plenty of dramas, people were sorting 50-30-70k and so I started begging this guys with 10k them say lie lie na 20k last. I just vex told the lady "madam u go finally beg me for 1k from this money" she thought i was Just blabbing. I went and sat down one place observating.

Exactly 5am the oga at the top returned my call... We talked briefly and he said he would send sb down right away. At this time them don dey throw us into cell. The mumu who oga at the top sent came and was busy asking of my me whispering to his colleague and the one taking down names instead of them to ask told him he hasn't written down any name like felicity... I was just watching them but didn't want to interrupt because them change am for me.

After about 20min nothing, I call oga back and he got annoyed, "don't worry I'm coming..." Fortunately he was at his residence next compound at the time and not even the heavy down pour that early morning could stop him. 2min oga show na so everywhere burst...

Oga shun!!! Shun!! Shuns! Sir we asked of the name o but nobody answer us... sherupp! He called my line... Come c "all eyes on me". grin chai! I pitied the handsome looking Indian man and others I believe they all would be praying I tell oga at the top "we dey together". But menh... I have to get off the hook first b4 I can help anybody o.

Oga match, straight to Area command office... 5min later the one came with an umbrella to pick me. What happened young man? I talk... Please release him right now! Yes sir! Shun sir!

Summoned madam in charge I was begging with 10k all along but refused, go and bring his keys and other belongings under your possession. Yes sir!
Follow him on waiting here for you. Got to her cubicle of a office and she gave me my keys and DL as I won turn na so her junior colleague that was posting me from one post to another then said, bros you no go drop something for us? I told them... So una dey beg now abi? Remember I told you guys una go beg for something, I just pity them given them 2k. Waka...

Shun! shun!! shun!!! As oga at the top was going still inside the rain.

So that is what the Area F police does especially on Fridays, for any reason you find yourself chopping live btw 12mindnight to 4am or working just be on the watchout. Uber drivers and anyone parked outside a club house are their main target. But their liver no dey carry them reach African Shrine side at all.grin
God knows they won't try that shit with me. You won arrest your oga? At most, I flash them I.D. matter settled.

But why are we so very lawless in Nigeria? As a security agent, you know curfew time is 12 midnight but you are arresting people by 11:45pm.

On a norms, you will even give 30 minutes grace for people, so until 12:30 am you can't make an arrest, but this country people ehn! E get as e dey be.....

As a newbie, I had no serious challenges except friends. Friends distracted me. Had to cut them off. Then I had to find a way to stop being so sleepy by 10pm, till I realized eating dinner late caused that for me. Dashboard isn't deceptive because it's my dashboard and what's there is my truth. I can't twist my truth to suit what you think the truth should be or twist my truth to make you feel better. It is what it is. I guess I was created special. Divine intelligence.

everything I know I've passed down to the 21 guys in my telegram group. They were the ones that responded when I asked people struggling to mail me. So you can't say I haven't played a part. These guys beat my daily records many times. Some. Not all. None makes below 100k a week now.

Driving is easy for me, uber driving is easier. You don't have to believe me but driving is a hobby and a passion. Been driving since I was 14 in SS1. Over ** years now. No one thought me how to drive. Things I do now are second nature to me.

These are my truths. You don't have to believe them, you can't change them. It's me and I'm it. I really don't have to explain myself to anyone. What I post is for motivational purposes only. People who counter me do so only with mouth. Nothing to show for it. They criticize my methods, but present no better alternatives, neither can they argue logically and with facts, so they resort to being negative to themselves hoping that their negativity will overshadow my positivity. Hasn't worked out for them either

The one that thought fraud was the way, advising how to cancel trips inside surge, how market? Now that surge is gone, Guy is confused as fuck_ grin His fraud strategy is dead in the water.

My car hmm. It amazes you how it doesn't break down, and how it's on the road daily? Simple. I do preventive maintenance. A stick in time prevents downtime. I hate downtime. I once took a defensive driving course online. It helps me not scratch my car either from a fault of mine, or the next driver. I anticipate what the drivers around me are about to do and I protect my car accordingly.

With the body covered, now the mechanical part. A new car makes no sound, so whatever sounds I hear from my own car is foreign and I tend to it as soon as possible. I know every part of a car and I know whatever part that is wrong with my car so I call my mechanic in advance to buy it and anticipate my arrival. On days I visit the mechanic, I start working before 5. By 11 am I'm at his place and I've made half or almost half of my daily target. I leave there after 7 hours with a fixed up car and I have 6 hrs to complete my daily target. I take naps while there so I'm never really tired.

My diet consists of more protein than less. Then water. Plenty water. It lubricates the eyes. My eyes. Sugary drinks makes me tired, so I try to avoid. Water is better. I always try to combine 2 activities together. Eating + car is being washed, napping while car is being washed, napping while car is being fixed, napping while waiting for destination trips, etc. I'm always a happy fellow and I follow the golden rule.

These are some of my truths. It's not conventional but it works for me. Uber is easy for me, and will always be easy. Nothing will change that truth for me... Nothing.
Bro can I private chat you? I need to ask you some questions. Thanks

I want to try very hard not to write another epistle embarassed

The concept of "sole provider" is hard for me because I believe each spouse is contributing to the union and it does not necessarily have to be via money. If money was all that was needed to have a good marriage, Donald Trump would not be married to his third wife. Marriage is a partnership to run a successful business (the home) and I just believe we each bring different skill sets to the union. Man or woman can make a lot of money and still, financial success is elusive because they can't manage finances. Some make a lot of money but you raise kids that are an embarrassment because of their mindset, their behavior and/or value system. Perhaps worse, while you are busy chasing money, your kids are at the mercy of the streets and influences that damage them for life.

I often refer to my upbringing because it shaped the person I am today. For instance, my Mom has always been a shopper so she paid for a lot of things when we were growing up and even today, she still shops for her kids and grandkids. Knowing that, it would be hard for me to understand a man paying for everything if the wife is working too. I guess that is where the whole unity thing and absolute trust comes in. We have one pot for money that comes into the household, regardless of the earner and our spending is on that basis. I would trust my spouse with my life and vice versa, the reason why there is no secret around money, including our life insurance policies. It is simplicity at work. No one is building a secret house and no one is stealing from the pot to buy stuff the household cannot afford.

I am delighted that my advocacy has you viewing things differently about stay at home Moms. If one woman can see it differently from gloom and doom and said woman is married to a partner who shares the view and they can afford it and it works for their family, that brings a big smile to my face. As for the doing small business on the side angle, I did not do any side business because if I am going to work for money, it had better be worth it and I would be better paid using my certificates. Torokobo has never been my thing, it was either we could afford a SHM model or we could not.

For most people it is not sustainable forever because of affordability. Today, our expenses require 2 incomes and that is the primary reason why I work. If we could still afford the model, I would be building on talents in our children that necessitate a lot of travel and training expenses. What I see more with the Naija vetsion of SHM are couples whete the woman is staying home out of compulsion or laziness. It is not a joint decision - I cannot over emphasize the unity needed for this kind of decision. If your household cannot afford it, you cannot feed your relatives, there is financial strain, it's crippling your social life, etc then why are you still employing the model? You don't need a soothsayer to tell you it is not affordable.

As for those make students, I bet today, they are mostly the ones that would refuse to boil rice today because they "suffered" too much back then grin There are several husbands in our social circle thst cook better than their wives and will showcase their talent when they invite guests for dinner. I have no problem with that as long as you are not rolling around your kitchen with a pot belly. Long as you are keeping trim, I can rejoice with you cheesy

You know, we're not really into gifting but even with a joint account, I can pull it off easily because I take care of the finances and he does not check the accounts unless he's looking out for a specific deposit or withdrawal.

We are not big on gifting because we don't often buy something without the other's buy-in anyway, more like we shop together and it's usually clothing items or accessories. If either of us is going to lay out cash on something that costs a lot of money, the other would know. Sometimes we disagree on choice but not often. He's a fine boy with a great sense of style so if he says it does not look good on me, there's a 90% chance I will return the item to the store and vice versa. I am hard to shop for and so is he, so we just buy what we "affordably desire" at any particular time.
Good morning, I have a pending request for a meeting with you. Something like a Tea-talk or something.

I believe I can pick a lot of positives from your personality.
I have sent you a DM, kindly respond to it.

Why am I not surprised?

I know a sergeant who gifted a girl he's never shagged an iPhone 11 pro.
If you realize how much money those guys make from bribes at checkpoints, extortions from yahooboys, bail money in their stations and abandoned confiscated assets, you'd marvel.

The system is so corrupt that remaining good endangers your personal and professional wellbeing.

Someone once told me that there is no upright policeman. I argued with him because I know one who is a Deeper Life brother, he serves in the chaplain too.
I could swear he was different till the day I saw him effecting an arrest on a prostitute in a brothel.
Just from seeing how he manhandled that poor girl's boobs and all, I had an erection because it was just as debased as a sex show.

This man even told her, "You no dey hear abi, your toto go hear am today".
A police officer who says that to anyone in the UK is gone.

Our systems are hyper-flawed.
There are no checks, no balances, no control, no nothing just an undying quest for self-aggrandizement.

Professionalism and decorum is absent in Nigerian Public institutions.
I do not know if there is a special orientation that instills corruption and insensitivity into these Public officers.

Someone joins the Nigeria Customs as a recruit today and by this time next year the same person has over 10 confiscated cars in various car stands.
This same person will have a '4-flats' commercial apartment to their name.

It's no different with VIO, FRSC, NSCDC and even our Public Universities.
If an Immigration officer tells you how much he makes daily from extortions on International Passport applicants, you'd hate your job.

And you think corruption will ever stop?

Sadly, these are our law enforcement officers and you are the law breaker whose only crime is using Twitter.
Na Only Prison escape your hammer, why? Of what use are they?

102 And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Harut and Marut. But the two angels do not teach anyone unless they say, “We are a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic].” And [yet] they learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allah. And the people learn what harms them and does not benefit them. But the Children of Israel certainly knew that whoever purchased the magic would not have in the Hereafter any share. And wretched is that for which they sold themselves, if they only knew.
