I exercise for 2 — 5 mins every night before I sleep. This is after my mandatory squatting exercise in the bathroom.

When you have a routine, you achieve more than those without one.

The first 3 things all smart people do before they sleep and when they wake.

1. Short prayer or short meditation (5 to 10 min max)
2. Short exercise (2 to 10 min max)
3. Quick cold shower after brushing your mouth (2 to 10 min max)

Bonus: Drink water.

If you can do this for 1 year, there is nothing you can't achieve in life.

Power Saving mode is more effective from like 40%. From full charge the battery backup is better with it turned off

I think I shouldn't share this story because I don't really have the time for the kind of drama that will ensue here.

Anyone knows a font that can display bold and italicized texts. It seems only Roboto (in my font collection) does that.
