unshakablejihad: ogueri means; war won't eat me. Bingo! You see , the Umuleri will never spell " war will not consume me" that way. Only Imo , Abia , Ebonyi , some Enugu and southern Anambra could spell it that way. The Umuleri or typical Anambra will say "Ogueli", which makes you a liar ! There is no way you could have spelled your maternal surname wrongly. Again, you are a basstard and an impostor! |

I repeat again, there is nothing special about the Anambra man above others from other Igbo states. Same can be said of the Imo or Enugu man in relation to other states. Abagworo: Remember I wrote earlier that based on my personal observations Central Igbo was more like Umuahia and my little research has proven that. Yes , central Igbo , especially the vocabularies were based on Umuahia and related groups dialects but dont say stuff like "purest" form of Igbo. Its , however, true that the speakers of this Umuahia dialects far out number the Onicha speakers. I like to be pragmatic. Abagworo , we have come a long way but you are yet to change. Abagworo: Go and read the colonial archives. The Europeans documented interviews with different groups of Igbo speakers and each of them made reference to Isuama as where the purest form of Igbo was spoken. Aren't you aware that till date Ikwerres consider every Igbo as Isoma and Owerri people also consider every other Igbo further down as Isoma? That Isoma is Isuama and Isu last last. How much exposure does the Ikwerre have of the groups north of them, prior to colonial times. Almost zilch. Please, don't bring an ignorant and inferior tribe like Ikwerre into this exchanges. Yes , I dont usually insult people but I maintain my statement. During the colonial time there were little or no interaction between the various Igbo tribes. So , how could one have known the purest form. It would make sense if you say due to their location in the Igbo heartland. Abagworo you can do better. |

10 LGA in all which can be expanded to cater for the population in your bush kingdoms. Omanbala is not a name of any town but named after the mystical river that irrigates the Anambra farm lands and enriches to for a bountiful harvest. The great Ijele masquerade and Akwunechenyi royal drums originated from there. Many of us from Dunukofia , Anaocha , Idemmili , Ekwusigo and Nnewi etc have migrations from there. A section of the Okodu clan originated from Ogbunike areas. Aguleri has amazing traditions just like Onicha , Ogbaru, Idemmili , Anaedo , Dunu settlements , Oka , Nteje , Nando , Nsugbe etc. chilu nze chie ozo. This culture fills me with deep sense of pride. We ndi Anambra share these traditions in unison and wish to remain so. |

However the Omanbala/Nri leaches are good in scam, juju, falsfying Igbo history and building fake Obugad temple and claiming Eri as the son of Gad. The only notable person in the whole of Omanbala is Blessed Tansi and Obiano the drunk. The rest come from backward mud villages in the bush kingdom of Aguleri, Anam, Nzam, Otuocha, Nteje etc where men are know to kill their brothers with charm. Politics › Re: Orlu: The Untold Story by IDENNAA(m): 4:29pm On Jan 11, 2021 |
Bonesking: Anambra is not an identity Enugu people saw the light and discarded the name. It was an insult to use an Igala name to refer to proud Igbo. So they renamed their new state Enugu with capital in Enugu.
Among all the states in the SE only Anambra and Abia are alien. Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi are Igbo indegenious names yet you don’t see indigenes of this state carry it on their head like gala.
Enugu people are proud of their Wawa, Nsukka and Udi.
Imo people are proud of their Orlu, Mbaise, Okigwe, Owerri, Mbano, Ideato
Ebonyi peeps are proud of their Abakiliki, Afikpo and Ezza
Abia peeps are proud of their Ngwa, Aro, Ikwuano, Umuahia
But in Anambra the only ones proud of their identity are those in Nnewi, Ihiala, Aguata, Orumba, Awka, Idemili and Onitsha.
Only mudblood from Omambala/Nri deny their identity claiming a nebulous Anambra. If you are not claiming fake Jewish identity, you claim Anambra. But the good thing is that Anambra/Omambala identity you guard jealous will be sliced in due time. Let us see the real Omambala dwarfs leaching and hiding behind the nebulous Anambra to divide Ndigbo. You are unlearned , ignorant and uncivil. We are not Ebonyi ,Enugu nor Imo. |

When they created Ebonyi state as the 5th state in the southeast was when Njaba state was supposed to have been created as 6th state for the SE.
Imo state has not been fine as one state, who does not see it? Even the unending election problems in Imo state as well as restricting government institutions of development in one part of the state is enough evidence about dysfunctional state. But , now you have an Orlu governor who prophesy was told about how he will transform Imo and indeed he is working very hard without bias. Yes, Hope Uzodimma is doing very well and I see Imo being transform to a first world society but here you are praying for partitioning and disunity in my fathers land. Or are you jobless to be focusing on Imo matter. Looking for division that doesn’t exist yet you animals will be the ones to cry when you are reminded of your mudblood Igala and Benin outcast heritage. When Abdullahi Ayegba called Nri Igala son who amongst you made noise?
Go and cry on the shoulders of Obi of Onitsha who wants out of Anambra. Who knows if it was this thuggish attitude from your people that made Onitsha to be claiming Benin heritage.
Anambra will get a new state either one of Orimili, Orashi/Njaba or Anioma state and you will only commit suicide if it pains you. Anambra is not an identity, only mudblood Igala/Jewish miscreants hold on to it. Clowns! Ndi Imo always claim how educated they are but all can testify to how uncouth and uncivil you lot have continued to sound on this thread anf this is your true nature. Anambra is a place to brag about and every Nigerian knows that. We dont need to blow our temple, our fame and might reverberates in very far lands. Yes , we have Igala migrants and we are proud of it and no Igala blood is not mud neither does Bini have a caste system. You are a disgrace to your entire lineage. You have no basic skill of communication and anymore insult I WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET BANNED LIKE YOUR FRIEND, Ikengawo. This is pathetic and miserable. You are wishing us disunity but may your land never know peace! May you continue to feel inferior till eternity! Additionally , Anambra threads are the most successful threads created on Nairaland. No state can beat us in that regard. We have one now running into 600 pages. Before that we have one running into 500 pages , we moved and even created an Omanbala website but enemies made sure we never succeeded. Who are you to decree about state creation?
Even in the 2014 CONFAB most likely to be implemented soon, state creation features in the recommendations of the CONFAB. Wait , you and your umunna are going to implement the confab recommendations ? You are quite unreasonable. No more state creation , maybe regionalism with current states as provinces. Amah70: Former governor Achike Udenwa of Imo state from Orlu senatorial district, and former governor Chinwoke Mbadinuju of Anambra state from Anambra South senatorial district - both and other players from the two senatorial districts of Imo and Anambra states proposed and signed the documents for the proposed Njaba state.
The state would have been in existence since 2007 if not for Arthur Nzeribe who brought his political problems with Udenwa into the matter after north and southwest agreed to creation of Njaba state through a nationwide consensus obtained by the senate after touring all parts of Nigeria. No more state creation, henceforth. Stop crying over an issue that doesn't bring any development opportunities. Imo state is your state and you must embrace that because those people in that state have lived and interacted with you for centuries. What changed ? Go and build your state because even if you have Njaba state you will still feel inadequate. Your inadequacies has nothing to do with being in Imo rather it is your inability to develop a clear identity you all can be proud of. Example is how you people have continued to churn out new villages with inconsequential Eze who feel inferior standing next to their northern Igbo counterparts. Leave Anambra alone , go to your state and make it work! |

ariesbull: Exactly... In Anambra we have learnt to throw away our small cultural differences and now we are tilting towards cultural homogeneity... In Anambra we don't know which is Anambra west or south we just want the development of Anambra and we have come to understand fist and foremost we are Anambra people and we must develop our unique culture and signature dialect and that is what wwe are trying to do
We have built the Anambra brand for years and it has thickened ! The man from Ihiala is proud to be called Anambra man, thee Idee Nna from idemili is proud to bee called Anambra man, the man from Amichi, Igbo ukwu, Otolo, Ojoto, Nnobi, Nneni, Oraukwu , Osumenyi are proud to be called Anambra
Theey have these things in common and would compete in town development... And laugh over it ... We enjoy our banters , we don't allow minute cultural differences to destroy us likee it has done in Imo between Orlu and owerri zone
In Anambra one of the biggest success of our cultural homogeneity is the tilting to one Anambra dialect ... That is the biggest one then the unity
We can't allow outsiders to spoil it . We must thicken the Anambra brand And thats how it should be not to continue to fight over little stupid stuff. Remember Ndi Onicha was like that but they never get sticks for it. We ignored them and before they could realize what hit them almost everybody has passed them. Dont misunderstand me , I love Ndi Onicha but they learned a big lesson. The Agbogidi had to gradually bring them back to the Anambra fold , else they would have become slaves in their own land.
