FOXDOSSIER:
Though I respect you so much because we have had situations here on nairaland where we both agreed. But take this from me, if you don't love yourself there's no way you are gonna love your neighbour.

In other words, I mean that there's no way you will love your neighbour's children more than your own children. Love comes from inwards, then outwards. The person that sacked you because you are not an indigene did so because he loves his family more than you outsiders, and he is very much in order.

When Trump was preaching America first, it was all about loving American people first. And he was perfectly in order, because mother hen takes care of its chicks first before anything else.

Igbo unity is not different from One Nigeria mantra, because when next there is another opportunity to sack non indigenes, it will still show clearly that there's nothing like igbo unity. That phrase is just for convenience and media propaganda just like one Nigeria mantra. My point is that you should love yourself first before considering outsiders. Don't allow outsiders tell your story.

When Achebe rebutted Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. it was because as at the time the Heart of Darkness was released, no one in Africa could actually put pen to paper to write something meaningful by the way of literature. But when Achebe came, he responded to that essay and tried to tell the world that Africa is not cursed like Joseph Conrad stated in his essay. Some people are fond of trying to turn stories of others up-side-down and it must be resisted by any means possible like Achebe did.
Ebe onye bi ka ona awachi. Anambra will come first to we Ndi Anambra before Igbo. Some people scream Igbo unity when it favors them.

Crayfish09:
You are only doing eye service yo the southern Kuffars on this forum with this narrative. Fulanis are majority in Gombe, Bauchi, and Adamawa and they are everywhere in northern cities. If there is any resentment for the whole tribe, Im not seeing it. Im Hausa and i am surrounded by Fulani men and their beautiful women. If a Fulani police officer and his Hausa colleagues can exchange fire with an armed herdsman, then you should know that the problem lies on the individual.

Munafukar banza. Makaryaciya grin

As for the owners of this forum (seun mynd44 lalasticlala) , you people have repeatedly violated your own rules against insulting tribes because you are profiling an entire ethnic group over the actions of the few, but look the other way when the Igbo and Yoruba cultists, Yahoo boys, and drug traffickers swarmaround in your region and abroad to commit crime. Message received.
So, your problem is the beauty of a fulani woman ? What a man !

Some people don't know what they have until they lose it. I guess a little 'pay cut' may just be the humble pie she needs to eat.

Be that as it may, no sensible court will grant a divorce because one partner is no longer interested for reasons that are not life threatening. They will always give room for reconciliation, just as this one has done. Those who are quick to shout 'divorce' have either not experienced marriage or have had bad experiences in theirs. Divorce is not always the solution.
Oh my , Ishilove actually made sense for once in her life. Osebuluwa daalu ....lol. Nne, I am proud of you.

Anybody who is using this airport to compare Obi to Obiano is senseless!

Fantastic project. Well done to Obiano. No one is perfect but this has made him achieve more than any state governor from Anambra. The bar is set high. The next governor needs to build world class aviation school in the area of airport amd has to deliver at least another legacy project such as rail. We are on the move. This will ignite economic boom. We need world class roads and beautification of enviroment. The next Governor has a lot of work to do. This job must be for someone who is visionary.
Stop comparing Obiano to anyone.

When I sing praises for Obiano I was called a psychophant, now what Peter Obi and his gladiators can not envisage of achieving, his predecessor has outperformed him...thank you Obiano...

Secondly I noticed nothing was said about the oil and gas, or aviation fuel dump, I hope it still happening..

Thirdly who has been following the River port concessioning? FG super trick stars.. ...I pity those who sing praises to them...
Shut the ffuck up, you ppiece of dogshhit!!

Stop calling Obi's name unnecessarily. People like you shhould be beheadedd for your fhoolishness.

That's not what he's trying to point out... Rather if u go through all his posts, u'll see that he thinks Benin and Yoruba are one which is not true...

Also, Benin leans towards more tribes like the urhobos, itsekiri, esan before Yoruba.. so it's not true
Uhrobo, Itshekiri , Esan and Afemai are Edoid , so , they aren't good examples.

And , please, Ndi Anambra , freeglobe is not here to contribute to the progress of Anambra rather to attack Obi and paint him black. Watch out for him.

This very man was condemning Obiano when Obi brought him from USA to run for elections. Freeglobe was here campaigning for Chris Ngige but for some reason he jumped ships after Ngige lost. He started supporting Obiano after the Willie had a face off with Obi.

And , here , I dare say that any Anambra who is going about demonizing the name of Okwute Peter Obi afufu na ife mgbu ga abu oke nkea!

I think we have different views on this. Irabor should be out of the norm in Ika because they are overwhelmingly Igbotic. Same applies to the Omozele and Obaze who are also settlers in Anambra.

Watch when they come to tell you Agbor people are Ibos

But ask them what Irabor means in Ibo they got no idea grin
Since Agbor is Bini why dont you tell us what Chiemeke, Adigwe , Ikenchuku , Keagborekuzi , Chukwuka , Ifeanyi , Ndidi etc mean in Bini language since they are not Igbo.

By the way , we have names like iyesere ,obaze , omozele in Anambra and I guess that make us Bini since Irabor makes Agbor Bini. una still dey learn work...lmao When other were growing their population you were still one family (Oba and his family) and his slaves(the rest of Bini people and captured slaves) or what you love to call subjects. As far as Bini traditions is concerned you are all slaves of the Oba.

[quote author=WorWorBoy post=98294571]I don't claim where i don't belong to,i am from Okrika no Okrikans man or woman alike like to associate themselves with igbo no one. Igbos are the ones who like to tag Okrikans with igbo every damn time, just like you are doing now with patience Jonathan i wonder why!
It is you igbos who are deceiving yourselves, Okrikans who fought against igbos durning the war are now igbos? Lmao dose it sound normal to you? lol
As for patientce Jonathan speaking igbo, we are still saying the same thing, she learnt it from her mother. Okrikans don't speak igbo! Any Okrikans who speaks igbos learn the language! There are no communities in Okrika who speaks igbo.
Igbos rule over Okrikans? in your dreams.

We Okrikans are ijaws, we don't have anything in common with igbos who are drug lords, fraudsters, human traffickers, prostitutes, ritualist(Otokto), product of baby factories, and one chance criminals.
[/quot

So , you don't think that being a border community may have allowed some migration across borders and cultural influences. Why are Africans this dense ? Then , you went ahead to degrade the Igbo...lol. Why do you think you can achieve with that ? Can Okrika feed Ndigbo ? Anything Okrika has achieved little Obosi probably has achieved same ten times more. Calm down because you can win the Igbo nation this way. Eventually, every tribe East of Niger will speak Igbo. Igbo are the true Super power of southern Nigeria and their dominance is just starting again after the war in 1966 -1970.

You can't win by coming online to insult Ndigbo. Be humble and diplomatic and your communities will be remembered.

A woman cant break kola in most Igbo communities, except some Anioma towns.
A man cant break kola at his maternal kindred.
You may not break kola in the presence of your father, he must lay a hand on it if you have a bigger status like a first class high chief like Ndichie, Agbalanze, Ugonabo or belong to a higher level of Nze society while your father belong to lower class. This doesn't usually happen.

Nice thread. Though I didn't read every but the triple tap with back of hand is strictly for Ndi Nze. Of course , lately , everyone had started to use it freely but amongst towns that have Nze it is still very much practiced. An Nze man can chose to greet you as he pleases, however, but you don't have that right. This tradition is practiced in Anambra and other Igbo communities without Nze traditions will not understand.

Maduka should realize that most American states have a few state universities, lots of community two year colleges while the vast majority are private. Nevada has just 4 full fledged public universities with a total enrollment of around 70,000. That is the equivalent of double the enrollment at Unizik and Anambra State University.

The thing of 21 campuses in 21 LGAs is a silly political campaign tool.
You are very correct about America. Most of these universities are privately owned and strictly regulated by the government. We need trade schools not university. However , our current universities need urgent overhaul.

Meanwhile , I listened to Maduka spoke and he sounded like he couldnt put his thoughts together. I have a problem with a public leader who is not articulate. I love Obaze , Chidoka , Muoghalu , Soludo because they are madly articulate. Makes it seem as though he understands the problems.

This is no masturbation. Igbo people have a well developed system of governance. We have smelted iron while some of these tribes that are mouting off today didn't know what is metal. Lol. Many of those monikers are non-Igbos.

The statement that Nd’Igbo are their own enemies is exaggeration. Look critically, it’s only in one, perhaps in two Igbo states where a clan in the state wants everything good in the state to be in its domain - nothing for other clans in the same state.
If you really care about Igbo unity why the "Orlu wu ishi obi-Igbo" comment ? I am sure you know very well that was a lie. Who made you the head ?
