Constantee:says who? ![]() |
Jarus:True talk! It is a surprise that paper memo is still actively relevant in some organizational systems where the use of E-memo and Automated systems should be germane. But the overhaul going on and this 2019 recruitment will make a positive change. |
Nawaoo03:LOL.... Baba, action speaks louder than words! Not in all cases your grammatical sagacity matters. Some people don't even judge you with that. |
BenFlash: ![]() ~ The truly intelligent person is one who can pretend to be a fool in front of a fool who pretends to be intelligent. |
scobyy2007:We uploaded these documents during application, and the hardcopies were collected during the interview. So, i don't think there's a need for this. |
ChasteGhuy:Don't mind him.... Too much emotional flames. ![]() |
Gbyms:It's possible bro |
Despite the fact that 'EVERYBODY WILL BE PAID', someone like me chose Farouq's team than others. My instinct tells me that I belong here. Like-minded guys can relate.. |
Mlayidi:Be specific if you have a genuine source. |

Jarus:Thumb up! That's how stars do. #less_noise_more_action |
GospelEAPiano:How does your service year affect T fare when you have NYSC certificate? Even recently graduated candidates are on points. I finished service March, got paid with first set. |
That's something unique about Farouq's candidates. if you know you know. |
Best candidates were selected every day of the interview process; their total gives the top 1% merit (or 2% as the case may be) at the end of the interview process. Initially I was thinking there was no connection between Transport fee and appointment letter, but it seems the list of successful candidates has been sorted/separated from that of non-successful ones, leading to the separate methods of payment. However, nobody fully knows the truth Until APL is released. DISCLAIMER: NNPC wants candidates with skills, qualities and exceptional achievements and those are the ones entering the merit list. Congrats in advance! |

It's getting more clearer now. I can see the law of merit selection... The first being considered first. If you know you know. |
chidiebereuzoma:We answered the same questions... 8am also. |
I got the feedback that I was successful in the interview process and I will be contacted in due time for further steps. It's more than a month now, I don't know when they will revert. |
Lagos 6th 12 noon. Alert received first day. |
Hello House, The article below should give you an idea how the final ranking would be done (Do not rule out the possibility of using the test score especially if there's a tie): Ogun State Tops in Zonal Stage of NNPC National Science Quiz … As 18 Finalists Emerge from Six Geopolitical Zones for Finals The zonal stage of the NNPC Annual National Science Quiz Competition for 2019 has rounded off with Ogun State emerging tops in the score chart. A press release by the corporation’s Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, Mr. Ndu Ughamadu, disclosed that the representative of Ogun State at the South-West Zonal competition, Ojo Samuel, scored 70 points out of 100 which is the highest score among the finalists that emerged from the six geo-political zones of the country. The two other finalists from the South-West Zone, Aliyu Kayode and Akintade Abdullah, are the representatives of Lagos and Osun States who scored 60 and 55 respectively. According to Mr. Ughamadu, a total of 18 students emerged at the zonal leg of the competition which held in Owerri (South-East), Uyo (South-South), Bauchi (North-East), Minna (North-Central), Katsina (North-West), and Oshogbo (South-West) last week as part of the preparations for the 2019 edition of the competition. In the South-East Zone, the representatives of Ebonyi and Imo States, Mbazu Chinonso and Ozuzu Adaeze scored 55 points each to emerge first, while Nwachukwu Ugochukwu, representing Abia State came 3rd with 50 points. The North-East Zone saw Yusuf Ibrahim from Bauchi State emerge 1st position with a score of 60 points, while Nazifa Musa from Taraba State and Abdul Elkanem from Borno State scored 45 and 40 points respectively to emerge 2nd and 3rd positions. The representative of Kogi State, Abdullahi Omachonu, emerged 1st with 60 points in the North-Central Zone, while the representatives of Benue and FCT Abuja, Egbuiba Chetachukwu and Aimofumhe Eshiobomhe, tied at 2nd position with 55 points apiece. Utibeabasi Bassey representing Akwa Ibom State emerged 1st position in the South-South Zone with a score of 60 points, while Osayawe Oduwa and Okogbenin Williams of Bayelsa and Edo States respectively scored 55 points apiece to emerge 2nd. In the North-West, Bashir Al-Bashir from Kaduna State scored 45 points to emerge 1st, while Salisu Bunza of Kebbi State scored 40 and Osagie Jeremiah from Sokoto State scored 35 points to emerge 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. The 18 finalists will represent their various geopolitical zones at the grand finale of the competition scheduled to hold in September, 2019. The competition is set up as a core element of NNPC Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) package to promote science education in the country; prepare students for promotional and qualifying examinations; and build friendship amongst the participating students. Other objectives include: to develop students’ competitive spirit; to break down long-held stereotypes and engender a better sense of national being in participating students; and provide a platform for enlightening the students and the public on the activities of NNPC. Speaking further on the competition, Ughamadu stated: “Every year, the corporation through this programme raises scholars of repute. The exercise has deepened the interest of our young students to study science, and we are encouraged by the quality of scholars and their performances at various leading universities across the globe. We hope the winners of this year’ edition of the will follow on the path of academic excellence”. Ndu Ughamadu Group General Manager Group Public Affairs Division NNPC, Abuja. 16th July, 2019. As for the Tfare, 6th seems to be the only day that has been processed and guess what 6th was the only Saturday throughout (I don't think there's any correlation between Tfare & APL at all). 6th was scheduled majorly for Lagos, but I dont know if all the Lagos candidates received their tf. |
Although I got paid, transport fare shouldn't affect being selected for employment, and all the invited candidates should be paid. I think the selection process gives a fair, plain ground to sort for the best candidates who have the drive and innovative approaches. It seems sanity appears to be returning to the NNPC system. Good luck guys! |
Predator1:Chill bro.. I (and some guys here) also received this mail.. It might take them time to make some changes in the system, but it's just getting longer than usual. And this increases the level of uncertainty. |
AIG10:Send this to Scholastica. Probably you could get a response. |
Nwannawilliams:Any update bro? |
Nwannawilliams:Exactly.. Hopefully, something good should happen in no time. |
Expliot:Yes.. I am |
No.. They didnt send it to me. However, I have not been paid and no update yet. |
Three days ago, they sent a message to me that payment is currently ongoing and it wil be made in due course. Some of us here also received the same message.. but nothing is yet to be done about it. |
