RoyalPearl:
I have never dated a Nigerian man so I guess I cannot give a proper opinion.

From what I know is that most are very confident(some can say a bit arrogant tongue) smooth talkers, when they are good they are very good and when they are bad they are very bad.

I hear they can be quite generous and if they are serious about you they treat you very well.
I think you heard some right things grin

Just read your post... Read it aloud. Choi u don fall my hand
My dear, i insist on my stand.

Dont say what you don't know.
The people that attend the church are not fools, everyone is entitled to his life.

You can eat me up on this.

Christianity is not by force neither is your choice of demonination.

Be wise, after writing about Christ Embassy, you can keep writing about others but Be careful not to say what you don't know.

God bless you

What is the defintion of fees: let me quote google:

"a payment made to a professional person or to a professional or public body in exchange for advice or services."

The public body here is the church and what is the services here rendered? Well The service itself.

How can you deny that the payment is not made to worship God and then you say that fees are payed every 31st night? is there anything they do there that they are paying for?

How long they have been doing it and how many people are agreeing to it is inconsequential and should not be used to judge whether it is right or wrong. That is what you keep missing in your defence.

Because it is done once a year is that also part of your justification?
Can you even hear yourself?
You are on your own.

Call it what ever you want.

You don't know how the money came about and what it is being used for. And I don't owe you any explanation because you are biased.

It's all your mindset.
The people paying never called it fee or are they complaining.
They don't have the mindset you have.
Christianity EtcRe: Ignominious Christ Embassy Church, Shameless Oyakhilome by ideology(m): 10:05pm On Jan 04, 2015
WackyJ1:
So a christian should be jumping from one church to another if he does not like what is being done there? and if he does not want to then he should do whatever the church asks him to. Giving the church the right to demand payment for the presence of God of such a landmark night as the 21st?

You have admitted that they collect that amount and you have also directly said that they are correct in collecting payment for attendance, your church is a big concert and entertainment ground where they have to pay for the services of God and still give the illogical reason of reducing crowd?

and you justify yourself by saying that the building will still be filled to capacity by like minded people who don't see anything wrong, who can afford to pay for the service and others who will pay because of religious ferventness.

Why can't they just turn people back when the building is at full capacity?

Personal salvation is not the point here. It is about what is right for the church that is supposed to be representing the body of christ to be doing.
You can see, its very obvious, all these is taking place in your mind.
You enjoy misinterpetation.

Did I say that payment is made to worship God??
All these assumptions is taking place in your mind.

Does the church collect money for attendance every other Sunday, like you are accusing??

Does the church collect money every time That venue is used for service??

Or has the church that started in 1984 been collecting fees every 31Night??

Like I said am not here to argue with you or convince you.

I'll advise you not to comment on things you know nothing about.

This is disappointing of you ID .
What kinda defence are you giving ,
Are you therefore saying that the fact that the church is growing is incontrovertible proof that the church is a legit one?

You attend there. is it true that they do a gate fee of 1000 naira during cross over night ?

people have said here that it is true. Are you saying they are liars?

Or is that the right means to reduce crowd?
Hello bro, am not here to agrue with you.
For me christianity is a personal thing, if you feel a particular denomination does not do what you like leave them and join another better still start your own church.

No amount of these accusations will stop that 20, 000 capacity building to be filled if they are holding any service there.

Since inception that is what it has been on every 31St Night. The initiators understand why and the members are not complaining, everyone cannot be in that building. There are viewing centers all over the world across all continents.

Face your own salvation and leave others life is choice, that's my point

Seriously, she is
Kids now grow up much too fast
I don't know if it's the kids that are in a rush to grow up these days or they hit puberty earlier than previous generations
I think the secret is nutrition,
As at 1996, one could just eat noddles and would be ok, but From 2004, every plate of noodles goes with fried eggs, plantain and tea.
In fact every breakfast of recent goes with egg.

You can try the experiment get 2kids feed one with just noodles and the other with noddles and eggs, the difference will be clear.

FamilyHow Do You Feel Seeing The Babies And Kids You Cared For Grow Up To Adulthood by ideology(op):
THE BACKGROUND
I grew up to love kids right from tender age.
I took care of most of my younger cousins. I would visit them, feed them, help them do their homework and teach them basic maths, even as a kid.
Even my neighbours do drop their kids with me when Am at home on holiday.

We once had a close neighbor who was SSS staff, and her husband works in Abuja at the time. She didn't have a Nanny, so during the holidays, I spend time with her 3 months old baby till she returns from work in the evening. Feed the baby, change diapers ensure the had enough sleep and play time.

Back then in secondary school days, seniors were harsh, so I withdrew from hostel and was going to school from home, this gave me more time to spend with babies. I just love babies and kids, their innocence, easy to teach, every time Is fun.
FAST FORWARD

Am home for holiday, and behold, the same cousins I used to throw up in the air are as tall as I am, beautiful girls, one of whom, is studying Law in the University.
The boys who would jump on me, drag me around the room, make lots of noise are now well behaved and quite.
My former neighbor's baby is now 10years old

The feeling is wow grin
Just imagine how time flies.

As a parent, guardian or care giver, how is the feeling like watching babies and kids grow??

Am counting down to having my own babies grin grin

bro, a branch I attend in Benin did that some years ago. When some once told me,I didn't believe until I saw things with my eyes.

That's by the way. Is the allegation in the op true?
Everyone is entitled to his opinions.
What amazes me is despite all these rumors the church keeps expanding and increasing.

Should I also believe that they have also successfully deceived the whites in Europe, Uk, Australia, Asia, even Middle east, at least if blacks are guilible.

Food for thoughts

Its hard to find true love tho... I actually truly loved my ex...even planned on goin all the way cos i believe the sweetest fruits are not the ones bought at the market but the ones grown and nurtured by you from seedling to maturity.... But i do believe love exists.... Rare tho... Nowadays we complicate things too much, that every social network has an "its complicated" relationship status...
But love of God is the ultimate...
But the truth is.. For love to exist.. It must be mutual and complimentary.. If both parties feel exactly the same way and compliment each other's love, then thats true love, even if times and conditions change... Love should still remain otherwise it wasnt love before...
I feel you,
don't give up.
Keep moving, one day, you will meet your dreams.

Newsflash, its nt d guy who determines weda u re a plaything or he wants to b serious abt u nd get to knw u more, its u( ladies).
Wen a man approaches u, u re d one wit total control ova d situation- whether he can talk to u, buy u a drink, dance with u, get ur nos, take u home, see u again, all of dat. Men certainly want these things frm u, dats y dey talked to u in d 1st place. But its u who decides if u re goin to giv dem any of d things dey want, nd how exactly dey re goin to get dem.
Where u stand in men's eyes is dictated by ur control ova d situation. Every wrd u say, every move u make, every signal u give a man will help him determine whether he should try to play u, be straight with u or move on to d nxt woman.
The best post for January 1st, I saw your comments on a thread, i was very impressed, keep it up.

There are lots of powers that a woman carries, only if she can use it positively with wisdom

The man can be called the head of the home, but A wise woman can be the one running things and taking decisions.
the man will just be responding, yea dear, that's a nice idea, you can go on with your plans … etc

Women carry a lot of influence but they don't know, some others don't know how to use it positively.
