The G.O's Main PA is his very own Son Leke Adeboye, who happens to be very active on facebook.

But I still doubt that the person in the picture is protecting the GO,

Never seen him with wild looking vulgar gun wielding men like this, all my life.

PS, Im not a redeemer, or a die hard fan of the GO just a comment thats all.

The person in that picture is well built from the little we can see. THE GO is a small person, in build, cant be him,

That surely is not the GO, is it that hard 2 show the person they are protecting if you really want to give credence to the picture.

I bet my bottom dollar that's not the GO, in anyway shape or form irrespective of the Facebook posting,

I am not a GO die hard but I have seen the man show so much humility at a few places.

Even Goodluck Jonathan does not have personal security guards carry arms openly like this, I mean the ones closer to him

PoliticsRe: Drought In East Africa by ideylaff: 4:05pm On Jul 25, 2011
Do you know the amount of time and resources Nigeria expended on south Africa during apartheid.

Does anyone care about that today.

And Nigeria itself has myriads of problems which need to be addressed.

Of course this doesn't mean nobody should help but help with wisdom.

u have a point but the manner in which people have posted on here sounds like East Africa can go to blazes,

I have bn' giving them money through Aid Agencies from time in memorial and I do have 2 adopted kids over there bn looked after through my funds,

Trust me,  1 dollar goes a long way in this kind of situation,

£25 provides clean water for 175 people for a day

£50 feeds a family of six for two weeks

£100 keeps 140 animals alive, providing food and incomes

Everybody has a part to play, their situation is sure worse than Nigeria, okay we have people on 0 - 1 -  0, i.e, no food in the morning, lunch and no food @ night, compare that to the afffected East Africans who cant even find water to drink at all

in East Africa,  There is simply no water and no food.

Who ever GOD speaks to can do their little own if they feel like. May GOD help us all. AMEN

PoliticsRe: Former Ig Okiro Ordered To Pay N50 Million Over Shady Land Deals by ideylaff: 2:00pm On Jul 22, 2011
SaharaReporters learnt that Mr. Okiro had agreed to pay N130 million for the land. However, after paying a deposit of N70 million, he refused to redeem the balance. “In short, he started flexing muscles as the IG and tried using his office to harass Chief Madu into foregoing the outstanding amount,” said a source familiar with the deal.
When Mr. Madu took the case to court, Mr. Okiro refused to show up in court and enter a defense. Instead, the former IG invited Mr. Madu to come to his office at the police headquarters in Abuja to sign the "deed of assignment" for the land. “He wanted to use his office to further harass and intimidate the owner of the land he was buying,” said one source.
The balance was affected by the Road block boys not performing up to scratch, that money na like Road block returns for 6 months on Benin Ore Road, which happens to one of All IG's personal returns branch route. chop clean mouf people

The truth on my part is she got some qualities I'd wanted in a girl that is making me powerless to resist her.
The most scary part of this story is the night she called and she was speaking as though she was possessed after a series of discussion though, that no matter what as happened, that she will always have me. i was short of words and confused. At that time i realized i'm in big trouble.

PoliticsRe: Reuben Abati: From Government Critic To Apologist by ideylaff: 11:13am On Jul 20, 2011
From the few above posters that have excused his greed I can say that Nigeria's problem is less about corruption at the top and more about a fundamental lack of principles, discipline and morals among the common people.

The other way this can be observed is the almost total absence of ideologies in the country's politics. Its all very sad.
FACT, well put bro

I've seen and interacted with Abati on flights en-route London/a few countries a few times and I can tell you 4rm what I've seen/learnt that he his not a poor journalist.

I'm reserving my comments 4 his first majot task or sssignment to see how he deals with it.

BusinessRe: Mike Adenuga Might Be Africa’s Richest Man - Forbes by ideylaff: 10:19pm On Jul 19, 2011
@ zomby, based on your assumptions, you only know Mike from afar,

also I did not diss Mike, the thread was about his status, you said your bit and I said my own bit,

I have dealt with Mike business wise now for over 10 to 12 years now, so when I speak I'm talking 4rm personal experience.

Back to the Father Issue, apology accepted, but still disappointed you had to go that low. Please leave my dad out of this.

As far as my life is concerned, money is not the be and all to me in my life. It is also not the Key to happiness as much as self satisfaction is.

As long as Mike is not your dad, no need for us to go down this route. Please , Im begging you in The name of our LORD.

NL is a forum for us to discuss, agree to disagree and still be able to interact with each other with no use of foul language or bad mannerism.

That's my take on the issue,

OK I'd take your own opinion on board. Mike owns most of his businesses, if not outright sole ownership.

Lastly I was not the only one who had a opinion on Mike, so why pick on me and goo so low as well.

So many people posted on here their experiences with Mike as a person and as a business man

So, does that mean that during his tenure as a governor, he never thought it wise to build his own house, how long will he squat there before moving out, ? oga, ooo i just see it wrong, for him to still remain there when there is a new governor.
Cos Bukola has a house in Ilorin, then again Lagos was his abode b4 he became Governor,

if this story is true, its just share greed and ego bn played out here,

Absolute disgrace,

This is what you get when people have no regard 4 rulkes or have no shame whatsoever

This is what they did with other peoples money in their Bank  "Societe Gerela" a while ago,

if hin no get shame, what about gis wife sef,

I remember a while back when JayZ came to town and visited Ilorin and they named a street after him, and he brought all his kids out to the occassion,

What value Jay Z added to the state Im yet to see,

An Educated person, well schooled, Medical Doctor as well still behaving like a bush man, all in the name of chopping life, and not knowing his right from
his left,

After milking the state, he still wants to sit down there with the new milker and chop more, na wah oooo

Do we really have no level of shame or simply decadence had eroded us of reasoning logically a nation,

if a bush man did this, we wont hear the last,

Just hear his Spokesman justifying this act, with no iota of shame
, "For the avoidance of doubt, the former governor is not a resident of the Presidential Lodge of the Kwara Government House, but a guest."
BUKOLA, if this is true, bury your head in shame,
