Seems u don't know much about diplomatic statement , It doesn't matter if it is just a frigate or a fleet of main battle ships, Even if an iranian navy jet ski passes through the suez locks it is a mighty military statement and can be considered as provocation on isreal because Iran is indirectly telling Isreal that it is now an influence in the post mubarak Egypt and u know what that portends in the peace algorithms of the middle east.
