I was shocked too because last two years I saved 10k monthly per annum but made about 140k after termination? Now I don't know what went wrong. I didn't missed even a month at all. Imagine.

House please, last year I opened a Sterling Recurrent Deposit Account with a Monthly deposit of 20k per annum. At the end of maturity, I was able to get a shocking 243k after a whole one year. Now I want to start another monthly savings that will mature per annum investing 20k.
My question is that, what financial advice can you give me on how to get a better return per annum saving 20k monthly? Your advice is very Paramount to me. Am starting either this Friday or next week Tuesday. Thanks a lot

For quite sometime now, prices of Commodities have been fluctuating upward and download slope. While some attributed the negative trend to poor economic policies,few see it as normal happenings in global economic environment.

As a result of this, I took sometime from my busy scheduled to visit two markets in Lagos precisely, Ikorodu and Ajah market to ascertain cost of Commodities on retail level. For instance, while price of derica of rice and beans are sold at 250 and 150, paint of yellow and white garri are sold for 400 and 350 respectively. Also, five roll satchet of Gino tomatoes goes for 230 naira and derica of melon is sold between 350 to 400 naira. The price of 5 litres of groundnut oil is sold for 2500 while red oil of the same quantity is sold for 2300.

These prices are just few I can remember and I want us to share our opinions here with the current state of things in our various vicinities. In my opinion, I think price of Commodities are better now when juxtapose with past 3 years. What's your take on this? Are things better now in terms of food Commodities?
Kindly help us with the cost of things in your area once again.

I know that some people are always here to discourage people. Let me tell you guys truth, any year election was conducted, price of red oil always go very high later. Am not trying to make noise here,am here to inform & assure you that price of red oil price will be sold very high before 31st December 2019. I'm telling you from my experience. Buy oil now and store if you have the capital.

Poor investment return. Imagine profit one will yield running business with similar amount in 2months. I have sat down and discovered that financial institutions are fraud compare to business investment.

GTB has also failed me in my second attempt in buying TB. My time to use FCMB. GTB suck.

Gurus in the house should help us the new investors in answering some primary questions asked. You guys are going too far and need to carry us more along.

I experienced hell in Cyprus few years back. Never dream to go there.

I was going through national dailies this morning and was flabbergasted by the contradicting topic posted by nairaland, stating that Nigeria’s GDP has yielded Up By 2.01% In Q1, 2019 quoting NBS.

However, as I got to my office, i switched on to Arise TV and discovered the misleading topic posted by nairaland,which could give falsehood to intending investor that have been convinced by the upward growth in Nigeria GDP. We should'nt politicize economic situation in Nigeria.
I sincerely appeal to the moderator to carefully scrutinize any topic before pushing it to the front page.

No offer was specifically stated. They only told me that only available investment on TB is secondary. And that the amount I wish to bid will be determine by the percentage the CBN will offer. He even said I have to make offer for him to send a mail to determine the percentage of interest accrue to my plan
