Many people on nairaland who will be "begging for money" will prefer to use an alternate account. That does not mean they are unserious. Many will like to protect their dignity. People can be funny atimes, when they see you tomorrow, they will not hesitate to remind you how you have once begged for money online.

I have parents but they are old and are not really well to do any longer. I've gotten some menial jobs to do to survive in the long run, but the duration given for acceptance fee to be paid is always very short. Not having money now does not stop one from giving education a shot, except you are an advocate for the "education is not for the poor" quote.

Please read my first post sir. I have already said that I'm ready to meet in person with my helper with my documents or send my details and documents to him or her. The reason I'm not using my main nairaland account is the same reason I didn't upload my documents here.

The amount needed now is #30,000 but any amount lesser than that will be appreciated.

The school is University of Ibadan.

Parents, these days have refused to live up to their responsibilities.

I was shocked sometime ago when a woman told me that her daughter must attend a boarding school. Mind you, the family resides in Gwagwalada and the boarding school is also within.

Are parents that busy these days that they can't take care of their children anymore.


Like you rightly said, it is simply a matter of misplaced priorities.


During the weekends when I drive around for sightseeing, I wonder why schools that offer boarding services have such high fences that no one get a glimpse of the happenings within the school.

Children are abused and they pick vices in these schools.

The government isn't regulating the activities of these schools.

Just be honest man, have you seen someone use the 5k voucher and got the item ordered and delivered??
Cause after using the voucher given to me by a friend, jumia later said that the stuff I ordered was outta stock..

yes sir, i am doing it at road safely office at B.I.R.S close to second gate benue state university..

i had the old one bt when that i went to renew that one they told me at the office that they don't renew the old one, that was when i applied for the new one, i was told that i was going to cost me 14k so i paid 7k then and i am to ballance another 7k. bt when i went to abuja the last time i was told by someone that even that old license is renewable.. bt by then it was already 2 late for me to do that...
