Does it matter Afam? Even if na 2 minutes visit, I would set table and inform my husband. How they do the rest is not my concern. Btw, if my husband comes home with a guest, he does the "drinks" entertaining himself so I won't be involved , same for me but if its a guest that came to see us at home, husband asks the guest what he wants/just tell me what drink to bring, I bring and present to him then he serves the guest. Each man to his own |
@Odumchi, na omenani igbo, a wife would hand the kola to her husband, the husband now presents it to the guest. @Topic, for food , I set table then inform my husband, he invites the guest to the table. Same for drinks. |

lordimpaq: Its really amazing when people do not actually know what happened and the thread is filled with assumptions about the situation and no one even cares to find out the true story.hmmmmn So, they both ate or drank something at the friends place? Interesting oh |
Does ur mil have ur spare keys? Who opened the door for her seeing she came with 911 load of ibu na nsogbu? Your FlL already divorced her so this is not his problem. Why is she living with u guys, no house for her? Its your husbands duty to ensure she leaves. If it means getting her another apartment, let him do so. At the meantime, u and ur sister should ignore her. |
Psalm u need to go back to the mans story on pg 5. I can't quote cos I'm mobile. He said he moved out and never looked back after the ra..pe. Solution: Closure with the woman. The man should call the woman, invite people from both sides of the family and state categorically that he wants an end to their relationship. They'll agree on children's welfare, visitation etc.if there are rites to be performed, let him do so. That's the proper way to separate ! Your cousin and some men in her family should invite the lady, hear her side of the story, then decide if he is worth the stress. If the woman still acts up afterwards(which I doubt) then they can use some soldiers to address her jonzing. Didn't 2face marry Annie? I bet he closed up properly with Pero and co. |
Psalm sorry if u don't like what I'm typing. Initially, I thought some random woman bore a child for your cousins husband hence my initial post on this thread. Let me ask you, have either of you's ever had a chat with this crazy woman, know what and how she got crazy, what she wants, her own "truth" of this matter ? Instead of swallowing all of the man's epistle, labeling this woman as crazy, y'all can come together, call this woman and find out what is eating her up. Yes, your cousins family should do that first, let's see if this woman is actually as bad as the man is portraying. At the end of the day, this is Naija and the law and people would be sympathetic to this woman. If your cousin fails to carefully do her own investigation and relocate with this man, I wish her well. |
I need you to explain what you mean by "split up, separated" ? According to the mans story, he got another girl pregnant, moved in with her, the woman tricked her home, they fought,he MOVED out, met your cousin and wedded her. Is that what y'all label they've separated amicably? I dey laugh oh. He left the woman and she simply sat doing her thing and watching him. The man should please go do the right thing and stop acting innocent/victim. I agree he didn't pay the dowry but "moving out" is not yhe proper way to separate from a woman that bore u 4 kids. There has to be a sit down discussion, talks and agreement, shikena. |
@Debo,I don't expect anything from anyone but the man decided to give us a detailed run down of why he's leaving her and surprising, it seems the woman is useless on ALL fronts. He says he's left her because she, simply put is a devil. I find it absolutely strange that a woman can be that bad. Ofcourse, he is entitled to waltz out just as the woman is entitled to saying "no I want you back", see ? Is he lying about the woman and why? No, you can't cook up lies in order to justify your plans to dump a woman that stayed with u for 17 years just because you sniffed a fresh kpekus. |
Moving on, I have gone through both OP and the man's epistle and not once, did I see any mention of a single positive trait of this ex. Na so people dey bad reach? She's jobless She's a cheat She r.Apes her husband She's a gossip She's a nut case. Na real wao for internet tori. So in essence, this woman is a devil? Itsokay. Jenny no be laff mata. The woman sabi flash , send sms , claim she don marry Oshimole but she no sabi open computer? |
So, the man begged, cajoled, made this woman inspite all odds to stay with her some 17 years ago? Today the woman is now begging, fighting to have this man. See gobe sha Was the last child a product of the "one night drunken forced kpekus" or he went back for more? I see a pattern here : he gets another woman preggars to escape his first mess. You rushed to wed the OP's cousin cos u didn't want another man to steal her from u? Interesting. Your ex cannot operate a computer? A graduate? Mu che che. Gobe story. |
Gbawe, God bless you jare. Some people are swift to judge just because luck, God or nature is benevolent to them. This woman's case is not isolated, there are many 22 years ladies with 5,6 kids either married, widowed and slugging it out here in Naija, east to west. She could have been a victim of arranged or forced marriage. She could have consented to that marriage because the late husband was her only means of getting a meal a day, her escape route out of poverty. It could have been marriage by force for if the policeman insists on having her, how can she resist or say no? PS: the womans husband is late. The mix up (her husband chasing her out) was from the journalist. |

Kenn 99: sales of natforce recruitment form is on currently in Ekiti Stateassuming the person that asked question is not same person answering my own question is this : When shall it be? For 1 year plus, highly gullible people have been paying for forms, uniform and training kit yet, not even a single office, recognition, job description, salary has been given or received. Who is behind this scam, bikonu ? |
Imo house of comedy. |
The way some people are fixated on the 200k is funny. No doubt that they are internet Nigerians that have long lost touch with reality. How far can 200 k go for this woman : The cheapest table space in an open mkt in ika would not go for less than 50k for 1 year. She has to buy tables, selling bowls, measuring bowls, bags etc another 50K 70K for stocking up and 30K for feeding/daily upkeep. I also won't be fast to label her a scammer. Who have she scammed?or is it because she has a clear blue print of what she wants? |
