3310 was my first handset. I bought it brand new for 18k,bought mtn line N2500,recharged 750 credit,called ONLY one person with it and was stolen 3 days time by pick-pocket.
Oh boy! I almost fainted when it was stolen. That was many many years ago.

My first phone was Motorolla Talkabout   .Bought it 16,500,bought my Econet line,18K,used it for 5 days and it got stolen.i almost died then.

@Topic,I dont think you can prosecute him @ the states cos u paid in the said money into his "9ja" account.
First,what reasons is he giving u for not been able to get ur car?
Are you still intrested in having a car or u just want your money back?
Since u have been asking him for a refund of cash,what has he been saying?hes cashtrapped now or he cant just refund?
Have u ever owed him in the past?
How often does he come back to 9ja?
It might be difficult for him to give u a refund now esp If he had already ever made plans to get u a car,maybe hes paid some part of the money/used some part of the money to source for a car for u.who knows ,maybe he too got duped in the process of buying u ur car or he used the money to solve his own personal problems.
I suggest u forget abt threats,calmly call him and ask him what went wrong @his side.If u have someone whos close to him at the states,let the person go and see him one on one and talk calmly with him too.

A lady goes with her child to Private Orphanage,tells them she wants to give out her child for adoption for a certain amt of money.They wud ask her reasons she wants to give out her child,make her understand in all totality what she wants to embark on,takes her to the social welfare,get all the necessary documents,she signs she willingly gave up her child and wont lay claims on the child ever again in future,they pay her and shes gone.

Pregnant ladies are lurned by doctors or nurses who run "Illegal" adoption cartels.They take care of them throughout pregnacy.when they have their baby,they are made to sign off the child,paid off and gone.
