As for the OP's idea, it seems very practical. I do have a friend who celebrates his friends, great CEO's on LinkedIn and gets active responses from them. My thoughts have always been that the only thing keeping him from bagging a job should be his level of study. He's a final yr pharmacy student. And when such person suddenly secures a mouthwatering job, one would think he used voodoo.
