seriously....direct owners are usually EXTREMELY BUSY people who hardly have time 4 themselves, that's d reason why they hire agents to do d running-around on their behalf....u think a direct owner will have time 2 be browsing through d property section of nairaland? come on man...those people are too busy making millions....u just have 2 settle for an agent and ask him 2 get u something LESS than your budget, so u can conveniently pay d agency fees.
