I will suggest running the ad for a month. Within that time we should get a handful of serious buyers. On the average, anywhere from N120k to N300k (depending on the site) will be enough to run the ad on a particular high-traffic website for one month. Websites like www.nairaland.com, www.ngrguardiannews.com, www.vanguardngr.com, www.tribune.com.ng, etc are among the most-visited Nigerian websites and receive millions of visitors each month....one of those MILLIONS of people is certainly a buyer for this house. I am sure the house can be sold....it is simply a question of EXPOSURE...the more people you expose it to, the greater the chances of getting a buyer.....there's absolutely NO WAY in the world an ad will be exposed to MILLIONS of people without a handful of them showing interest in it. |
