The date showed for F1 doesn't even exceed June 2025 let alone going for 2026.
Efetobore1980: Hello. There are 2026 appointments in Abuja. If you don't mind. The natural thing for you to do is to pick Abuja first (any year) as an F1 visa applicant and keep manoeuvring for nearer dates with your 5x (times) rescheduling options.
If reschedule does not yield result you will then use your last joker (expedite appointment request) which i believe is going to be approved to you.
** Another thing we should not overlook is the rules. You must have filled your ds-160 completely and submitted, have paid your SEVIS fee, as well as date-signing your I-20.. Every visa applicant is qualified but they use the rules to judge you as everyone cannot be given the visa.
If you want to keep waiting on Lagos without choosing any date (Abuja) first you may need to defer your admission. U.S. embassy is using wisdom in selecting Lagos applicants because the population of Lagos visa applicants is too much. 👍
Thank you, Please is it advisable to cancel the pre approval and request again after signing the form 1-20.
Efetobore1980: Morning Ify. Pre approval is a waiting game . If it's taking too long (more than 48hrs) that means you might have omitted some rules. Did you sign and date your I 20 ? Did you fill and submitted Ds 160? I do also hope you have paid sevis fee ?
** F1 pre-approval and expedite request are review by human eyes (not random by computer) so if your application is not completed you will be push aside until they round off with obedient applicants.
Use your I -20 & SEVIS payment and the screenshot of the pre approval to send " profile error message to the embassy. 👍

I had been active on this thread back then because their application was taking forever to process. My dad had a valid USA visa and prior travel history but the application still took so long
A lot of unanswered questions about this application but thank God
Please i have a question. Though my is visiting, I want to know after visa payment, is ot all the family members will go for biometry. The payment was 670 Canada dollars for me, my wife and 4 kids. Please is it all the family will go for biometry or just the principal applicants. All kids are below 16 of age. Thanks
Rhythmnation: My special thanks to the creator of this particular group. I have been following the trend since January when I applied for study visa for my wife and kids, thank God she and the kids got their approver successfully, but they requested a consent letter from me for the kids which I have successfully sent, its been over 5 days now since I send the consent letter, but no response yet. My question is can I send my wife and the kids passport to the embassy without a reply from the embassy or I should still hold on for a reply. Thanks to everyone who have been contributing and also those waiting for ppr the Lord that came in through for my family will do the same for you.
Please I need help, for a visitor family visa. 2 adults and 4 kids all under 16 of age. My question is after payments who will go for biometry. Because the payment is 500 Canada dollars and 170 Canada dollars. Please I urgently need answer.
Yampotatocarrot: Except there's an hidden compartment we don't know of, I also believe that plane can't carry 350 people... Well, we may later hear that it's not just the one plane that was counted to come up with the number
Anyhow, anyhow, one week from now, we go hear full scores about this their journey .. lol@ singing under duress
#Thank GOD and thanks to the FG for safely evacuating them#
Is easy to spot a tribal bigot, that's why most times when I look out my south south brothers I laugh, Attah is now Igbo, don't allow the tribe called Igbo to fill your heart with hatred, for your information Banky was defected because of Obi influence. If Banky had believe in Obi and join labour party. He would spend less money campaigning and still win.
OsunOriginal: Banky W, one of the arrowheads of endsars and anti-Tinubu forces in Lagos received his own breakfast in the just concluded Ibeju-lekki house of rep elections in Lagos. Those he thought were his comrades in the not-well-thought-through struggle jettisoned him and voted massively for their own in the election. Now, he and his co-travelers will be represented by an omo Ihboooo in Abuja.
Atiku supporter talking about Peter Obi instead of talking about his principle, funny enough the so called Tinubu and Atiku Southerners are here masturbating on this topic. For the record no ethnic group is dragging anyone, vote your candidate and allow others do same, Don't come here because of election and be killing yourselves, election will come and go, whoever wins, good or bad we will be the ones to collect las las
valicious1: Check any thread where there's an argument pertaining Obi's obvious emergence as the president of Nigeria, it is always mostly between Igbos going against yorubas/hausas. Other regions are always silent and rarely come to the defense of the pro Obi Igbos
Now compare it to GEJ's era. Igbos also came all out for Jonathan, supported him both on and offline thereby making themselves enemies of yorubas/hausas.
Igbos were even more vocal and in the front line during Jonathan's era and took all the ferocious bullets and bullying meant for the Ijaws/SS/ Niger Delta. Igbos did all these in the spirit of brotherhood and fair play.
Now an Igbo man is in the hot seat. Our Ijaw neighbours are near- silent. The battle has been left for the Igbos alone to fight. Just a few SS are vocal enough in their support for Obi.
Let us all try to be our brother's keepers. We have a common enemy which is the APC
This election will open the eyes of many people that keep doing this endorsement and nonsense structure. The power lies with the people.
Okoroawusa: I believe that the reason Baba is striking any deal with the G5 is to destabilize the PDP/Atiku structure and to also stop them from giving a push to Peter Obi shenanigans. Honestly speaking, he doesn't need votes from those states to become the president of Nigeria. I am not comfortable with romancing them but I believe he knows what he is doing. Let's wait and see.
Oga read what you just wrote again Tinubu is just a regional candidate. he only started moving around up north when he declared interest, he is only know in the west and for your information, half of the west did not like him because of his style of leadership, For the north no matter how you love them or how long they have know you, of you are not from the North, their vote will always been for the North. Is only the educated few that follow their mind. as for the SS/SE he doesn't have electoral value there, no love. People eating through him most do their jobs. That's the condition of things right now for him, By February every effort from PDP, APC, LP and of course NNPP will show results. So let every Party keep working hard, After all every Candidate is assume a region candidate.
adioolayi: Something that is working for Tinubu is his long term preparedness...
He didn't wake-up one day to nurse this "ambition" (yes, he said personal ambition..we all condemn the statement, but, Atiku as also called it his own personal ambition too...make we no lie, becoming a President na ambition, a selfish ambition at that)..
Tinubu seems to have strategically spread his tentacles across the Nation over the years, preparing for a time like this..
One radio political analyst, uncle Jimi Disu (although not a fan of Tinubu), labelled him Political Octopus...na now I know the meaning, Octopus has many tentacles, he spread those tentacles across the Nation, not today, he has been doing it for years..today, those deeds are working for him effortlessly.
Hate him or love him, Tinubu seems to be on his way to becoming the Next President, coast seems clearer for him ahead of other candidates.
PrettyBolu: This Seyi is not Tinubu's biological child. First of all, Remi Tinubu is not his mother. Seyi's mother is one of Tinubu's ex-girlfriends. Who knows if she took pregnancy from outside and came to dump it on Tinubu.
Now the boy is claiming son and jumping all around Nigeria.
I dare Seyi and Tinubu to do a DNA test before the election. Anyone that knows Seyi, tell him that I said he should do a DNA test with Tinubu
Misleading topic with different body write up. In all your write up u didn't mention Peter Obi. Only your Topic carry Peter Obi. shame. what is wrong for the youth to ask for accountability.
No go die because of politics o, you only have one vote.
Mrmb: Just like peter obi a PDP rat, until a fee months ago suddenly became a saint. If truly he had the I terest of Nigeria at heart he ought to have left PDP a long time ago and criticise their ungodly ways. But he never did until he realised he would not win the presidential primaries and ran away to LP like the rat he is
Anyone that doesn't vote, don't want to vote or refuse to ever vote has nothing to do with how governance affect him or her. It is how you see it, you take it. So when people who voted are talking about politics, people like you should have nothing to discuss.
shanaka4u: . Did you read what I wrote? What does have to do with Yoruba Muslims? I don't vote, I have never voted and I will never vote ; if that will put your mind at rest that I don't involve in politics.
Say God things about Obi, I bet you, you will make more money and attract people to always watch your utube channel. Obibis smart after putting Dino at his place, he disappeared from the screen and never make noise again.
wwwihy: Imagine Peter Obi as a member of nairaland...
Oga forget matter Dino is an unmartured fellow, he practically came there for Obi, very aggressive because Obi left PDP. You see in politics you can't be always calm. after warming Dino, did you see his face again on the screen or even making noise again. so forget matter.
Tunasco4u: How Peter Obi react to Dino Malaye's yesterday town hall meeting was not it at all. Buhari have suffered more in the hands of bullies in this past few years, they call him all sort names and abuses If Obi can't stay strong in the face of his enemy he will be threaten more in more debate to come
Him suppose bring out card for foodstuff too. no be only taxi initiative. For those calling this better initiative. Na so una go dey form intelligence while the politians keep using your brains.
They don't look at what Lagos was before Tinubu came in, they are so daft to understand that with the resources at Lagos disposal anyone can rule Lagos better than what Tinubu did.
Diligence: Especially when you compare Tinubu's legacy of indebtedness and agberoism, the templates his successors have sustained despite huge tax returns from corporate orgz and individuals.
Remember that Lagos was a former Capital Centre of Nigeria with various structures already in place.
Indeed, when you compare what Mr Peter Obi did in Anambra with little resources, which, he used prudently, invested, and also saved for his successor, yes, when you compare that to Tinubu's and not forgetting Mr Peter Obi did not amass pensions and retirement benefits to himself, but Tinubu, few weeks to his exit, penned down hundreds of millions of naira as benefits for himself. So covetous! So greedy! So typical!
What are we even talking about. Is it APC's abysmal performance or Muslim-Muslim ticket...
Me and you,who is sounding emotional here, Do you think I care what or who anyone becomes the president, if any wins it bad or good we all we enjoy/suffer it. For the record Osun State was won by PDP in 2019, forget the rigging. They would have won it again by rigging if not for BVAS. Again you think what Tinubu is playing out will work for him. let's wait results will tell. shibe nothing do him Muslim Muslim ticket, not all Yorubas are unreasonable. We all want a better Nigeria. After Election we all will face our work/business.
lhordspy: But a certain poll projects peter to have 68% votes in the south-east, so is it only igbos that lives in the south-east??...
You people analyse politics with so much emotion and blindly that leaves one to wonder.
Incase you dont realise, the christians in the south have never ever discriminate or engage in a religious politics even the muslims. It is first all about the tribe.
Now let me give you an example, osun state for instance, governor oyetola was the only Muslim governor in the whole of south-west region. Yet, the muslims in the state voted him out despite the ganduje plea to them. They rejected his religious politics tactics.
Presently now, correct me if am wrong. south-west doesnt have any, i repeat any muslim governor... Nobody is complaining. Or have you heard anyone. That says much about the politics in south-west....
Omo, to be frank and plain with you. Quote this or you can screenshot and i will do same... We ill definitely meet feb25,2023 by this time God allow. I will show you i told you. Tinubu will have over 70% of the votes in the south west... Mark my word.
Have read all your comments and found out, you feel only Yoruba lives in South West, you also forgot there are 3 Muslim contesting the northerner vote, I will even say 4 because you can't take labour part vice from the contest. Maybe you only live and sleep in a remote part in Lagos
lhordspy: Like you guys usually says about no one inheriting buhari's vote because this is different. Same thing apply to Tinubu too, this is freaking different, Tinubu is directly involve now and over 7+million votes uo for grabs. Who will joke with that??
you will just open your mouth dey Yan. you think 1968 civil war will be like today war. small pikin wey no Sabi anything war will be yanning rubbish. Even you will be scrapping for safety. your parent will be doing same. it will be survive on your war because bomb will touch all Conner of Nigeria.
GOODMAN88: By the time election campaign started properly, they will get what they are asking for.
Thanks God they are in every state and people know them well.
No come shout they're attacking and killing us in Nigeria....
That is how they started coup in 1966 but when men responded, they start crying calling UN, America, icc and the rest.
snapshot: ok,no wahala,by God's race you and I shall be alive to see the outcome of 2023 results. In 2018 a was vigorously campaigning for Atiku, but in 2023 I am Obidient and millions of Nigerians too, will vote Obi.If the truth must be told the emergence of Obi will affect the fortunes of PDP more than it will affect any other party
Will you keep quiet, aren't u seeing your brothers insulting the Igbo tribe. which kind human being una be self. whoever that becomes president whether he do well or not it will befall everyone.
Focusmind: Then, you people should be ashamed of yourself. It shows the liberal nature of Western Nigeria. Tinubu would not pull this kind of crowd because of the herd mentality endemic in SE. I have been saying it, SE should not be antagonistic towards other Nigerians. This is one of the reason why it is difficult for an SE person to rise to power in Nigeria.
Peter Obi is becoming the closest we have seen in decades but you people are demarketing him badly by your attitude and unwarranted attacks on other people. Obi had to cry out to warn people that are not civil with their support of him.
Make no mistake about it, Obi remains the best candidate among the three candidates.
