Sis, take this simple and short advice.
Call your fiance's friend and ask him what he wants from you, make this audible while your conversation is on RECORD. (download a voice recording app).
Remember, make your stance straight and clear to him, allow him to do more of the talking, if you're to reply make your decision still clear to him. Keep the voice conversation well, this will vindicate you in case he plans blackmailing you in future.

Cousin and friend, are adults who know right from wrong, good from evil. I generally don't go about giving people unsolicited advice, they hardly receive it well and I like to maintain respectful boundaries in my relationships.

I asked my friend about the rumour, she denied it. I told her if I heard it, hubby may hear it too, can you pls put a stop to it, if it's true.

From my own view number 3 committed the crime. It's the ladies rest room obviously with a female logo on the door, why should a man go in there knowing fully well it's a female rest room nd will be cautioned by another female if seen in there.
