I feel like sharing this to you all, I work with a private firm in abuja. I've been having crush on a lady at my work since the past three years. but resently, we started getting along, I've not opened up to her and everyone at my work place thinks we're dating. in this era of advanced technology, I expect the security agencies to always carry out these kind of raids with audiovisual cameras.

since they are willing to tell us how much was recovered, they should back it up with video evidence.

Justice Ademola, if I recall correctly, was the Judge that insisted that PMB was appropriately served in the certificate/no certificate scandal & Justice Ademola, I dare say, has been one of the most consistent judges in Nigeria.

besides, why raid at 1am? why was the raid not done by the EFCC?

what about the judges that also gave contradicting judgements in favour of Lagos, Benue & Tabara that obviously contradicted the Electoral laws?

if am army general can save over $2m, why can't a chief justice do same?

Hello guys! There's a situation. I caught my Landlord's ''cousin'' banging his (My landlor's) wife.

I went to pay my nepa bill as i was informed of the new bill. When i got to the room, i knocked but no response. Since the door was open, i pushed & entered... Lo & Behold!!! i found Arsenal drilling Chelsea. (Cousin banging the wife). I stormed out & left. She later came to my room to substitute me at the 85th minute (to let me do). But i refused to play the match.

Now, should i tell the Landlord? I'm in a good terms with the man & he's a good person.

All these things that people are experiencing now is WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS,nothing more.
Just the way an addict experiences withdrawal symptoms when in rehab.

Nigerians have gotten so used to extravagant way of life so much that we don't know what is normal and sensible anymore. Nigerians build the biggest houses,drive the latest and biggest cars,throw the biggest parties,wear and use the most expensive clothes, shoes and phones., eat in fancy restaurants and bars etc.
The funny thing is that these people usually fall in the middle-income bracket. Even ngozi that is a village girl wants to wear and use things that her father can't afford.

This recession is a blessing in disguise,and the only negative is the skyrocketed price of food items. But this should not be,considering how arable our lands are for farming and this is gradually being taken care of. I read a news yesterday that price of food items have dropped in one northern state because more people were farming and producing food, this is what will be replicated on the entire country somewhere down the line.
The only things that should be expensive in a country like Nigeria are things that we import, now tell me, why on earth should Nigeria be importing things like food, clothes, shoes, perfumes etc if not because we like to show ourselves that we have arrived by using foreign things.

Also our social system is flawed, do you think if people were taxed based on the type of house they build or on the type of car they drive,they would not become wise?
Why will someone build a duplex with 8 en-suite bedrooms when he has only 2 or 3 children?
Why will someone buy a car of over 10millon Naira to ride it on bad roads?

The recession we are experiencing is not even the usual kind of recession,if it were, we would be in the same pit that Venezuela currently is because they also depend solely on oil..their inflation rate is over 100% right now, why? Because their country doesn't even have the arable land to produce their own food or the population to sustain itself.
We are too blessed in this country with good weather, good arable land, and the needed manpower to manufacture, But we have taken it for granted too long.

Nigerians prefer to live posh and big just to look bigger than the next person,very stu.pid way to live I tell you because you will continue seeing people that are living bigger and posher than you whether you like it or not, and as a result, you will continuously want to do things that don't correspond to your income just to live up to the silly standards you set for yourself.
Our mentality wasn't always like this,we need total baptism.

thanks to everyone for your contributions, I really appreciate all ur advise and encouragement. today after we d morning devotion, I asked him why he didn't tell me that he watched porn and he wanted to walk away but I persuaded him to sit back. I told him I was d one who invited him to Abuja and it was me he had been chatting with all this while, he looked at at me and say You! and I said yes. hum! he apologized and told me to collect his phone and I should give him another mobile phone that does not support internet browsing. I ask him y and he told me he can do away with any immoral chats or porn as long as he doesn't surf the net. he asked me to go on a vacation with him for few weeks so as to work on him. he told me he is ready to change if am ready to help him, from there I realized my husband has being trying so hard to fight his addiction because I remember he once deactivated his Facebook account and gave his phone to his younger sister. I also apologized for hiding my identity from him and I really cried this morning and also happy. we are both taking a leave and going on vacation by the end of the month. once again I say thank you all for your support.

That's is why people like us don't play as if our lives depend on it, play cool, do your research well, play a game or two, gain a thousand or two, repeat next weekend. Greed is what kills people, how do you plan to win 100k with just 100 naira? You will need several games accumulated which is always a bad idea.
