Common sense will tell you that he is actually acting a nollywood movie. Isn't it the responsibility of the producer or director to ensure adequate safety of actors by providing safety equipments like life jackets?

The problem isn't the speed limit, most of these commercial buses are not even road worthy to speed up to 30km/h..

Unworthy buses and cars should be off the highway.
