Just coming out from a 30k per month job. I applied to a new company. They saw my CV and invited me. I arrived late. While I was on my way, they kept calling to be sure I was coming. When I arrived, they told me that the guy sitting there was for the same job but he had no experience and I had experience, so they wanted to hear from me first. They said their starting salary for inexperienced staff is 15k and experience staff 30k. I asked them to tell me the true amount they paid for that position, but they insisted on what they have told me. I told them to take the other guy. I rejected the offer outrightly. They said I should go home and think about the offer. I went home and the next day, just for courtesy sake, I called them and still rejected the offer. I did my background check, found out they paid 70k for the position and that was why I had to travel the long distance to attend the interview. |
Mhimi007:...but he is not going to do only HIV test, other test will cost him some money. I don't know if it will be up to 19k |
Go for a test to clear your doubts. If you don't have HIV but refuse to go for a test, you mind will be playing trick on you. You will begin to experience all the symptoms of HIV. |
Hmm, this is getting out of hand |
You should have made the write-up a short one. Nairaland will not read all these. You may not even get comments. You need to understand how it works here for you to gain traction... |

Ndukings92:follow this advice. If you can't take her back to her people, move out from the house. Please and please, stop eating her food. If she ever cheat on you in your matrimonial bed and you eat her food, from then onward your life will become a misery until you eventually die!!! |

RosyIsBlessed:Well, I guess you do not use such products because they are made from toxic chemicals which are not good for anyone. Because something is toxic doesn't stop you from using it. You just have to apply caution. The drugs and other chemical productions you take, are made from highly toxic chemicals and they are made by human beings and not robots. Even the phone you are using to type this contains a lot if hazardous metals, yet they are made by human beings and not robots. They just have to take precautions |
Funny thing is that you may have been better off than those people when they first got the job. If your attitude was bad, their own attitude in response was even worst!!! |
So... |
RosyIsBlessed:...only if you do not adhere to them. Are you saying that if I wear a rubber hand gloves, and coverall and then touch caustic soda, I won't be protected 100%? Last two weeks, I met a nursing mother buying plenty chemicals for her production. I took her baby and played with her all through the period the mother was buying stuffs. My point is, nursing mothers are gently doing this business and they are taking precautions. |
RosyIsBlessed:there are safety measures to be taken. Moreover, she will be doing it on a small scale. |
Do we have standard ponmo? All are substandard, no nutritional value |
let me see |
I don't know if it is the same gum we use in gluing our soap cartons. If it is the same gum, then what you need is starch and caustic soda. Dissolve you starch in water, add one or two tea spoon of the caustic soda and stir thoroughly. The starch will congeal and turn from white opaque watery solution to transparent thick solution. let me give you a crude measurement; take a handful of starch and dissolve with 2liters of water. Use the small plastic 'takeaway' spoon and measure the caustic, add two of the spoon and stir. make sure the starch is dissolved properly before you add the caustic. Try it and tell me if that's the gum you are looking for. |
production of household products in a small scale. things like; liquid soap, bar soap, dittol, izal, air fresher, body spray etc |
OK na |
chikason22:The chemicals we are taking in the name of food in this our generation is really taking a toll on us. |
Acidosis:I am not talking about Dangote sugar alone. I am referring to these new sugars we have in the market including the Dangote sugar. There seems to be something they are doing that is not correct. |
Because he can't buy them over. I doubt if what they are giving us today is Sugar. In the days of St. Lious, once you get the sugar pack open, there is this big ants that comes to eat the sugar. But in today's sugar, if bring out the sugar and keep on the desk, the big ants doesn't come. Even if you take the sugar outside and still urinate on it, the big ants doesn't come. Back in those days, when you dip a cube of sugar in water and put in pap, you can easily dissolve it with a plastic spoon. But today's sugar is as hard as stone. Even after dipping it in water, iron spoon still finds it difficult to dissolve it. Two cubes of St. Lious use to turn my tea very sweet but three of these new generation sugar doesn't get my tea as sweet as before? Is what we are taking today really sugar? |
If he knew how he would be removed, he wouldn't have taken the post in the first place |
