i have known this before now. When i saw this coca cola stuff i shared this update on one of the links but the mods didn't move it to front page. Till today that company is still churning out this product. Funny enough, their products are cheaper than all the soft drinks in the market. And as such it is selling out like garri. What will happen to consumers of this products in years to come?

How much is the plodder ? Does it uses a die chiller ?

chiller is separate from the plodder. chiller cools the water that circulates in the plodder barrel. here I use ordinary water for cooling the barrel. I recycle the water using a 2HP electric motor. There are other options to make your cooling water chill, though not as chill as that from a chiller... can you call or whatsapp me a @07066705594 let's talk on price.

depending on the size and shape of the eyelet/orifice/die, it plods soap that can give 13k to 15k tablet between 6 to 8 hours of operation. It uses a 15HP electric motor

...in securing our profession, that is where ICCON have failed!!! In pharmaceutical companies, NAFDAC insist that the person in charge of production must be a pharmacy (a production pharmacist) whereas that is the job of an industrial chemist. If you come down to quality control, we are battling it with Biochemists. When the industrial process becomes large and cumbersome, the Chemical engineer takes it all. Advances in technology is worsening the case. For instance, microelectronic and embedded systems have led to cheap, simple and easy-to-use technologies that can do several real time, in-process and on-the-spot analyses that could have only been done by a chemist in a conventional lab. But today any person that lays hand on any of those kits can run hundreds of analyses on the go. The big problem in Nigeria is that we are not following the world trend in education. Here, industrial chemistry training begins and ends in "titration". Our curriculum need to be upgraded to include areas like computing, design, embedded systems, automation, instrumentation etc. Our regulatory bodies (CSN and ICCON) should really do something to keep this profession relevant. Industrial chemistry is still relevant!

yes, I thought as much but people are already demanding for wholesale. I live in a typical rural area .the lowest price for soap here is #60 @retail price and that's what they go for. although mine is abit bigger than the 60 Naira own.
what do u advice

if yours is bigger, reduce the size. try using weight to compare soaps in the matket

yeah, I made soap. the materials I used cost me 2450 and after cutting it @ 50 per one, I still get 2450....how do I make profit
