1.) Youtube's software had a glitch relisting Rogan's video after he himself purposefully delisted it then tried to relist it
or
2.) Youtube chose to not make Rogan's video searchable after he purposeful delisted, then relisted it. A video which he had to make a post defending YouTube because people were complaining that Youtube purposefully wasn't making it searchable when he delisted it.
Youtube saw the big brouhaha and still chose to make it unsearchable after it was relisted.
