The guy with lice brain ijebos is asking me how is it a sweetheart deal. A guy that commits several serious crime and on top of that they are giving him immunity for nothing... How is that not a sweetheart deal?
Ahh, you've moved on after basilico of all people had to tell you you were wrong (even though he was only 75% right himself) about the judge striking down the deal. How does that feel? If I have lice brains and am clearly smarter than you, what's inside your brains? lol

I gave you a homework assignment to help you evaluate if it was a sweetheart deal. You clearly didn't do the assignment and are still using a word you don't understand and were propagandized to believe. Here it is again. In order to say something was a sweetheart deal, you invariable have to be able to compare the deal to a deal wasn't a sweetheart deal.
IjeBos:
And it was a sweetheart deal how? Explain with examples of similar situations with people receiving worse treatment for the 2 actions below.

1.) Tax Charges - Show me examples of harsher treatment for individuals who have paid back the taxes they owed with penalty. In your example explain (compare/contrast) Hunter's situation with that of Roger Stone. Explain how hunter got a sweetheart deal given that Roger Stone didn't have any criminal exposure.

2.) Gun Charge - Show me examples of people getting harsher sentences for lying on the gun form by stating they did not take illegal drugs who have not committed a felony. In that answer explain why Boebert isn't under investigation now for video of her vaping even though she owns guns.

Ahh, I get why you're scared of logging back in with Timesup2345. You don't want to be connected with all your previous terroristic statements, like bombing Nigerian Universities because you hate education or wanting to see everyone in the US dead. I think the time to worry about those statements was when you made them.
It must have been hard for you to make that choice vs. giving yourself another like.

You're a sick person. A wannabe terrorist who is mentally unbalanced, has multiple personalities and seeks affirmation from random people.

I think you missed the instructions. "Not an article that summarizes what the judge said". This should be easy. You've written a lot of words and posted a couple of articles incorecctly summarizing what happened. But still no court transcript with the judge striking down/saying she won't accept the deal. I'm trying to teach you how to think critically. You clearly need the help. I even amended your assignment.

IjeBos:
So, post a link to the Court transcript that says the judge "struck down" or "won't accept" the deal. Not an article that summarizes what the judge said, the actual quote from the court transcript. Backup the bullshit that you talk.

Your next post won't have any such thing, because you can't. You can can't because it didn't happen. Semantics to you is when people give you facts that don't align with the "pseudo-facts" you've been fed. Why don't you post another NY post propaganda piece to make your point. basilico:
The judge did not use the actual phrase (I'm stiking the deal down) .
The deal no longer holds anyway . But the coon wants you to show where those words were uttered. He then walks away claiming the 'deal being struck down' has been debunked
How do people live with that level of foolishness?
Yes, you are right. benalvino/bemeruca was wrong. And when he was called out, as usual, he deflected, backtracked, spun like a top, twisted like a pretzel and played his normal games so he wouldn't have to admit he was wrong, again.
The deals was not struck down by the judge. In fact the judge made a point of saying she was neither rejecting or accepting the deal.

So why use the words "struck down"? Because the connotation of the phrase eludes to some power heavy handedly canceling it. And thus they want you believe the narrative that the "Judge struck it down", because the deal was "bad". Purely propaganda. Propaganda that benalvino bought into, as usual.

But the Judge didn't strike down the deal. The deal failed because the prosecutors bent to political pressure. In fact there is evidence that the prosecutor most likely lied when he said the "deal" didn't include foreign lobbying charges. In the emails discussing the deal, they agreed to that. So, the judge's job was to probe to ensure the defendant knew what he was pleading to. And so when she asked if the deal included Foreign lobbying charges, the prosecutor most likely lying, said no. Because of that and the language in the diversion agreement, the judge wanted 1.) to be briefed on the language and 2.) for them to go back and discuss it more. So she moved her decision.

basilico and bemeruca/benalvino maybe you should come here and tell us all how much of a Christian, degenerate wannabe Republicans (don't really live in the US) like slyfoxx/timesup truly are.

And as to Boebert. The person who reported the claims and who Boebert called a liar, filed a defamation suit.
Here is part of Boebert's motion in resposne:
“Representative Boebert’s statements were made in the context of a heated, partisan, reelection campaign,” it says, noting as a comparison that “The First Amendment was adopted, after all, by colonists whose first major protest of the Stamp Act was to burn effigies of British politicians in central Boston.” She concludes, “Accusations of falsehoods are, for good or ill, a time-worn aspect of American political campaigns. Listeners hear such accusations for what they are: rhetoric, not defamation.”
and the response from the person who filed the defamation suit:
“In the attached affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury, Boebert does not deny being a paid escort, having abortions other than in 2004 & 2009, dancing nude, or illegal drug use as we alleged in our past (website) posts. She obfuscates these points by providing parsed denials with words we never used.”
Yeah.... So, debunked? Not so much.
If the judge allows the suit, which seems plausible, should be a fun deposition.

Sixth Progress Report on the Implementation by Ukraine of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalisation
https://www.eumonitor.eu/9353000/1/j4nvirkkkr58fyw_j9vvik7m1c3gyxp/vk036jhcb1zg

This is what the report is on, Action plan on Visa Liberalisation:
I. INTRODUCTION
The EU-Ukraine Visa Liberalisation Dialogue was launched in October 2008. In November 2010, the European Commission presented the Ukrainian Government with an action plan on visa liberalisation (VLAP). The VLAP sets a series of precise benchmarks for four ‘blocks’ of technically relevant issues, with a view to adopting a legislative, policy and institutional framework (phase 1) and ensuring its effective and sustainable implementation (phase 2). The benchmarks need to be met before Ukrainian nationals holding biometric passports can enter the Schengen zone for short stays without the need for a visa.2
As I said, how many times was Shokin's actual name mentioned? 0
And the 2 mentions of General Prosectors office?
-"On 30 November, the General Prosecutor appointed the head of the specialised anti-corruption prosecution."
-"A specialised unit to coordinate investigations into money laundering and terrorism financing was set up on 2 September 2015 in the Department of Supervision in Criminal Proceedings of the Prosecutor General."

It should be now clear why the NY Post didn't link the article. And again even clearer why you are the idiot you are.

bemeruca:
you are beyond stupid at this point.

these are all facts
In December 2015, the European Commission praised Ukraine's Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin for his anti-corruption efforts. This was 9 days after Joe Biden demanded Shokin be fired.

The EU report said Ukraine had made "noteworthy" progress in fighting corruption under Shokin. It praised the appointment of a new head of an anti-corruption office.

Shokin had seized assets of Mykola Zlochevsky, owner of Burisma, which hired Hunter Biden. This made Shokin a threat to Burisma, according to Hunter's business partner.

However, in March 2016 Shokin was forced out after Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid unless Shokin was fired.
Biden later bragged about getting Shokin fired, who at the time was investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company paying Biden's son Hunter $1 million a year.

Shokin has denied being corrupt and said he was fired illegally due to Biden's pressure. Internal US memos show officials had recommended aid to Ukraine because of anti-corruption progress under Shokin.

The EU praise contradicts claims by Biden and others that European officials agreed Shokin was corrupt and needed to be removed.

All you do is to spread lies. You cling to the word Temporary like it changed anything. Get help and stop defending white privilege.
Whenever you write a post I'm thankful I went to good schools and was thought how to think critically. You saw my posts, I included links and quotes and I try to include1st hand sources (i.e. the actual pdf of the State Dep. briefing Biden received).
But you? You went online, googled Burisma, found the first article that aligned with what you thought and basically wrote verbatim what you found in the article.
Here is the article. (I found it by putting a couple of your lines in your post in google)
https://nypost.com/2023/09/08/despite-bidens-claim-europeans-werent-trying-to-oust-ukraine-prosecutor-targeting-hunters-firm/
And it was clearly written as a propaganda piece that you swallowed and regurgitated. What's the first tell? It's the NY Post.

So, where is this EU report your post is largely based on? Did you read it? Did you see the Shokin's name mentioned when they were praising the reforms? Or is that what the article told you it said? Are you just taking the word of whomever wrote the article? And then expecting me to take your word on it? In fact I'm 100% sure it doesn't mention Shokin by name. That's the difference between you and I. I would have found that report and read it myself, to make sure it said what the article said it said, before talking about it. And that's the reason you're an idiot who repeatedly falls prey to Right Wing propaganda.

bemeruca:
If the investigation is dormant and he is bribed. Who is likely to do the bribing? The firm that Biden and his avatar hunter are working for, right? So why then should Biden be calling for him to be fired? Before you lie, use your head at least.

Archer is repeating what he was told by Bursima's board before Shokin was fired. The Burisma board did NOT want Shokin to be fired, because they "neutralized him". That's why the investigation was dormant. If they fired Shokin (the corrupt prosecutor), the new prosecutor may reopen the investigation.

“It was kind of pounded into our heads” that Shokin’s ouster was not desired, Archer added.

Be mad at yourself that you're too stupid to understand the propaganda you post.

I'll repost it again for you.

Within Burisma, Archer said that executives told board members that Shokin was “already taken care of, which he interpreted as meaning his threat was blunted. “That was the narrative that was fed to the board,” Archer said. We were told that his ouster was bad. We don’t want a new prosecutor, Shokin was taken care

You've reached the point of the argument when you've lost, you know you're wrong and start playing semantics. The investigation was dormant because he was most likely bribed. So, he was NOT investigating Burisma
As I said, Biden was following Obama State Department policy which he was briefed on before his trip. Everyone believed Shokin was corrupt and wanted him gone for the best interest of the US and Ukriane. Biden was sent to deliver that message. The message/policy of the Obama State Department. So unless you have Hunter paying Obama and all the State department employees as well, your conspiracy is stupid. End of Story.

Again, below is a clip of Biden's briefing from the Obama State Department. The briefing was released during the Trump impeachment as this whole thing was gone over in detail. Republicans are trying to rewrite history AGAIN aided by imbeciles like you.

Liar. Shokin was investigating Burisma before he was fired. Devon Archer confirmed that in his testimony. Shokin had seized the Burisma owner properties..Note Devon Archer was a board member of Burisma together with Hunter Biden, appointed in early or mid 2015.
..

Within Burisma, Archer said that executives
told board members that Shokin was “already
taken care of, which he interpreted as
meaning his threat was blunted.
“That was the narrative that was fed to the
board,” Archer said. We were told that his
ouster was bad. We don’t want a new
prosecutor, Shokin was taken care

Fact check:

Below is a clip from the mental midget's own post above. Burisma did not want him fired, because they probably paid him off already. Again, Shokin was corrupt. Which is why US policy was to get rid of him. Getting rid if him would have gotten Burisma a new prosecutor and a "non-dormant" investigation.

Within Burisma, Archer said that executives told board members that Shokin was “already taken care of, which he interpreted as meaning his threat was blunted. “That was the narrative that was fed to the board,” Archer said. Really, how do you function in real life?

Even a cow is more attached to real life than this dodo.

In case you didn't know; she was once an escort and signed up to a "Talent" service before she entered politics. So, she was kind of a trashy person to begin with.

Then the obvious thing people are burning her for, of which you know, except you want to push your brain up your ass, is that this trashy woman always touts piety, righteousness and all those anti-abortion outrage, so why would you fault people for actually classifying her as she should be?

Guy, go to sleep.
I though this was interesting. One is a private citizen never worked in Govt. The other a US Rep being paid by taxpayers. I bet you can guess which ones Republicans seem upset about.

Stop lying. You lie too much
You're a fuxing idiot.
Maybe you are having a hard time with the word dormant.
Dormant:
: marked by a suspension of activity: such as
: temporarily devoid of external activity

At the time Shokin was fired, he was not investigating Burisma, because the investigation was dormant. Dormant = Not investigating. Everyone wanted him to investigate Burisma. Shokin was not.

They finally fired him, because Biden pressured them with not getting US Aid Money. The EU said they would have done the same, if they had the kind of money the US did. If he was protecting Hunter, why would he fire a prosecutor who had made the investigation dormant? This shit is not hard to understand. In fact it was Obama US policy, briefed to Biden by the State Department. Only f*cking cultish idiots like you and your nutters here keep repeating this BS. You sound stupid doing so to those with actual brains. But in your circle jerk, you're brilliant.

Below is the State department briefing material for Biden before his trip in 2015. This was produced as part of Trump's impeachment. So, all the BS right wing nuts you listen to know this exists, know they are lying and continue lying to you, because you Trumpers are uneducated idiots and they know you'll believe any BS.

You cannot lie to us by using the words Fact check.

The video could be someone ignorant. We have been following what was going on. The fact that he says there is no evidence linking Hunter and Biden is a red flag already.
Just to put a button on this nuttery. This article was written in March 2016 before Trump became President. In 2016 right after he was fired, everyone was cheering the decision.
