budaatum:Lol. yeah had to buy stuff to tune up my snow blower for this blizzard and then go grocery shopping so could have it on in the background in my car and then on my buds. Yeah, the problem to me is not what was mostly said, it was Hucakbee's inability to answer what I thought should have been basic questions for someone who has been at the top of Right Wing Christian politics for decades. If he can't answer them, who then? Also Huckabee's answers to some of the questions left me confused as who he thought he was working for. His meeting at the US embassy in Israel with the released Israeli spy who still calls on Israeli Americans to spy for Israel was shocking in my opinion. |
Curious why the Mar-a-Lago hitman story is disappearing from the media so checked National Review. Here's a good post. I can see the struggle right now. How to blame the left exclusively for this when he was a jilted nice Christian boy who loved Trump and soured on him because of Epstein and affordability? Expect a few more days of angry muttering before they find a way to blame she-hes. |
A whole US Senator Mike Lee posted this. This post is what happens when you encircle yourself with MAGA who just traffic in ridiculous slogans and think saying "Leftist" is an argument. You get dumber. I can't imagine what he was thinking when he posted this or what argument he thought he was making.

budaatum:What did you think? Honestly, the more questions and answers I hear about Israel, the more issues I have. |
budaatum:It's not too surprising. Ever one of these people were either Trump supporters who had familiarity with guns or came from Trump supporting families and had familiarities with guns. He courted people who were disadvantaged, who wanted to burn down the system and had been told their whole lives that guns could help do that. But now that Trump is the system and the deep state he said he would fight against, they feel duped in voting for him and they armed... |
uglymods:Imagine someone who regularly looks for and posts this stuff. I'm sure you are just doing "research". |
The US has a white male who is a Trump supporter or who comes from a family of Trump supporters' problem. All these attempted assassinations or shootings fit that profile. At the same time, Austin was outspoken about his Christian faith and political views. We're told he regularly expressed support for Trump, telling colleagues as recently as late last year he believed Trump was a strong leader.
|
budaatum:I thought the same. But I listened to it while running errands/shopping. It is a good listen. The questions Tucker asked and Huckabee was unable to answer were enlightening. Not endorsing Tucker but Huckabee's answers are worth a listen. |
Bwahahahahhaha I'm just shocked. Is this the same person who spends his days telling everyone here about the US, yet doesn't live in the US, even worse hasn't even stepped foot in the US? The lack of Basilicos' self-awareness is stunning.

Justice Gorsuch had a good concurring opinion in the tariff case. It's sad that he had to give a basic civics lesson as well.
|
bayelsaowei:It's not even the legislative arm he's captured (they're not doing their job), it's the Treasury and the DOJ. This stuff is blatantly illegal; there is no way anyone at Treasury should be transferring funds there without direct appropriations from Congress unless Trump has 10 Billion in some slush fund indirectly appropriated by Congress. And if they did, the DOJ in the past would have gotten involved. Congress would/should be holding hearings but beyond referring the matter to the DOJ or suing him in court, that is the limit of what they can do. |
raumdeuter:Raumdeuter: Tucker and MTG are antisemites and terrible people, just by mentioning them makes you an antisemite and terrible person too. Also Raumdetuer: But even though Tucker and MTG are pillars of the Republican party and friends with Trump, Trump and the Republican party aren't antisemitic nor terrible people. I can see why you and Bemeruca(aka.."I can't write a forum post without chatgpt" are best friends. This is so easy aren't you embarrassed already?

Not a fan of Tucker Carlson. I thinks he is just as awful as his buddy Trump. Not sure his motivations but he was probably the only one who could ask these questions since they are friendly. The way he beat down Huckabee's arguments was like MAGA on MAGA violence. I would say it's amazing that someone can fulsomely say he believes something but can't even express the rational for that believe but I see it here every day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS7itdfgNnU |
raumdeuter:And the KKK just had torches so they could help black people see better at night. |
Federal Judge throwing haymakers.
|
BreakingNews21:If there was only something in the religion all these wanna-be Republicans in this thread say they believe in, for someone to look back, realize they were wrong, apologize and then try to make amends and be forgiven. If only that was a core tenet of that religion. I guess it's not. smh. |
armyofone:And the importers will make more money when they get the tarriffs refunded. |
raumdeuter:The black Nigerian Naturalized immigrant who supports a man who hates black people, thinks Nigeria is a shithole and wants to denaturalize immigrants said other people don't think for themselves. You can't make this stuff up. |
From the Roberts Majority ruling.
|
raumdeuter:Bwaahahhahaha. We know you know how to read Supreme Court Rulings... Bwahahahah Remember the last time you told us you read a Supreme Court ruling and then spent the day arguing the opposite of the direct words from the ruling? Jokers.
|
Obrigardo:The rightwing propaganda has broken their brains. They don't seem to understand that Republican states are the welfare recipients they think Democratic states are. |
Worse, what happens to the other fees outside of the tariffs (brokers fees, services fees, etc) that a lot of people paid (I paid a bunch, purchases from Naij and Europe). Do those get unwound as well? Trump put the US in this insane position by forcing these tariffs on a clearly illegal interpretation of the constitution. And Mike Johnson played his part by his gimmick of making a day not count as a day so the trigger for a vote on these tariffs would never happen in Congress. I see Trump brought all his tricks from running failed businesses with him to the Oval office. |
This ruling is all kinds of bad for Trump. He has to now refund all the money collected by those tariffs. Which means that deficit that that money went to and Raumdeuter talked about all the time will now blow up. And how will this be paid back. The sellers already passed on the cost of the tariffs to the consumers. I hope to get back some of the money I spent on imports. But in the end a lot of companies will make on the increase costs they passed on and then on the refund they get from the government. Because of Trump American consumers lose again. |
Obrigardo:Yeah, I was for sure Thomas would be a no, but Alito and Kavanaugh dissented as well. |
Obrigardo:Imagine waking up to post something like that when this is what Republican states usually look like. Raumdeuter and co are broken.
|
happney65:This should have been an open and shut case, but 3 justices still dissented.
|
AmazonTopaz:Happy Brithday!!! |
budaatum:He's writing but still doesn't understand what he's writing. His views on the US are shaped by his own corrupt mind. He would abuse the system so of course everyone else does. And because he has this perspective and doesn't understand the US legal system, he moves on to say that since Biden didn't abuse the DOJ to go after Trump in this Epstein saga, therefore there was nothing to go after him with. Just a total corrupt mindset. |
bemeruca:And here you have it folks. MAGA's understanding of Justice in the US. Glad you wrote it out. But in the US, we call this weaponization. |
