Trump was not personally sued, he was named in the lawsuit.

If Trump is a racist for not leasing to black Americans,
What is trump then for assisting black American community via charity and supporting black individuals in that time frame?

You gonna cry from now till eternity, it won't make trump a racist

Playing whack a dishonest poster today.
Raumdeuter makes up a lie.
Bemeruca chimes in to back up the lie with another lie.

Seems Bemeruca got his pretend JD from Trump's pretend University.

Trump claims the Justice Department lawsuit was just one of many housing cases against many landlords, but Kranish says this description is misleading.
"Well, there were cases brought against various companies, but the point here is that Trump has said in the debate — and he also told me when I interviewed him at Trump Tower earlier this year — that this was part of one massive suit." Kranish says, "And in fact, this very specifically is a case that charges Donald Trump, Fred Trump and their company of race bias in housing rentals. ... It was one of the largest cases of the time. ...
"It was a suit that was directly against them, and it is one that Donald Trump to this day clearly is upset about."
https://www.npr.org/2016/09/29/495955920/donald-trump-plagued-by-decades-old-housing-discrimination-case
This is what they would do and what Raumdeuter is defending.

The lawsuit was based on evidence gathered by testers for the New York City Human Rights Division, which alleged that black people who went to Trump buildings were told there were no apartments available, while white people were offered units.

Back then, Sheila Morse worked as one of those testers. When a black New Yorker was turned down for service and racial bias was suspected, Morse, who is white, would be dispatched to see if she received different treatment.

In this case, a black man in search of an apartment in Brooklyn in 1972 saw a sign on a building: "apartment for rent."

"He met with the superintendent, and the superintendent said, 'I'm very sorry, but the apartment is rented — it's gone,' " Morse says. "So the gentlemen said to him, 'Well, why is the sign out? I still see a sign that says apartment for rent.' And the superintendent said, 'Oh, I guess I forgot to take it down.' "

When Morse went to the building to ask about the same apartment, she says, "They greeted me with open arms and showed me every aspect of the apartment."

Morse says she reported her experience to the Human Rights Commission, and then returned to the apartment building. After she was offered a lease, the black man who had tried to rent the apartment entered the office with a city human rights commissioner, and the three of them confronted the building superintendent.
But But Trump is not a racist.

You mixed the 2 Scotts because you were always searching for a racist motives and it shows that you are willing to go to any lenght to defame Trump and call him a racist when there was no evidence he is

There was no one who called Trump a racist before he contested for office but with the usual Democratic playbook they must throw the racism card

we will be here in 2027 the next Republican candidate will also be called racist and gullible supporters who cannot think for themselves will lap it up
My head hurts trying to decipher this post.

You seem to not understand how Time works.
Trump was sued by the DOJ in 1973 for Housing Discrimination because he wouldn't rent houses to Black people.
1973 would be decades before 2016 when he was elected President.
So, yes, the Republican DOJ accused and actually sued Trump for racism in housing before he entered politics.
So, who's lying now? And lying in an attempt to defend a racist.

It seems he's reached that point of frustration everyone does after reading your posts filled with grade school like cognitive dissonance.

Or, I could join the Aba thread, spend 8 hours a day arguing about a place I don't know too much about, and then magically tell everyone I moved there, then post pictures of my "first" night there which happens to be pictures of Owerri cuz I've really never been and don't know the difference.

Sound familiar?

Yes, it does have to with me in particular. I particularly black.

You and three other black men, who have never set foot in the US and probably have seen a handful of white people, spend your days defending racism in the US.

Make any of this make sense.
It doesn't.

No one can be in your situation, Tim Scott said America is not a racist country unlike you. Tim is not a victim, You have made yourself into one

You got to UK in one day and faced racism which people who lived in UK for decades told us they haven't faced

You got to North Carolina in a few hours faced racism

Its time you go to village and wash your head cos it doesn't seem ordinary
Here's a riddle. Does it matter if someone says America is not a racist country if they get pulled over 7 times in one year mostly for driving while black?

I could easily write code that posts like you.
Feed it a couple of talking points and string them together as a reply no matter what anyone posts.

Prove to me that I am a liar by denying the fact that Trump is racist for refusing to rent his properties to blacks until the court forced him to.
It's evident in the fact that he won't answer the question.
It's quite sad the lengths black men go to defend racism.

California, Oregon and Washington states have united form the west coast health alliance to help combat the national damage RFK is doing to American public health system.

As you guys know, Florida chose to roll back vaccine mandates for schools meaning that your child could be going to school with other kids whose parents have chosen to refuse smallpox, polio and measles vaccines.

Now if we could find a way to create a border between our states and the red states who are so valiantly fighting to return to the Stone Age, that would make the job of the experts in this health alliance easier.

We can’t be fighting very hard to keep kids and communities healthy and have pathogens from unvaccinated folks and raw milk guzzlers crossing state lines and ruining all that hard work.
I'm glad they did this. If this keeps up the disparity will soon be glaring.

Obama was talking about the time he was a kid, in the late 60s and early 70s when the zeitgeist was Jim Crow and civil rights fight
You are talking about racism in the past 10yrs. Different times
Kamala who lived in California and was AG for a state with a huge black population said America is not a racist country and I believe her,
Lil Wayne a rapper who lived in the South said America is not a racist country and I believe him

Now Check your life experiences
You are in Boston a liberal city and you have been stopped by police at gun point almost 10 times
You flew into London for a few days and experienced racism
You went to North Carolina for a few hours and experienced racism

Do an introspection and wonder why racism follows you like a shadow everywhere
London: Conservative Kemi Badenoch
Kemi Badenoch reveals ‘hysterical’ level of personal attacks faced as a black woman
Tory leader tells Sunday Times she is surprised at amount of racism she has experienced since taking up post
US(South Carolina): Conservative Republican Tim Scott
Tim Scott revealed that he has been stopped seven times in the course of one year as an elected official. "Was I speeding sometimes? Sure. But the vast majority of the time I was pulled over for driving a new car in the wrong neighborhood or something else just as trivial."
Sounds conspicuously similar to my situation.

So current racism in London and current racism in the US as described by token black conservatives in both places.
You should really sit with yourself and figure out what it gains you to deny what everyone can see clearly.

I'll leave you with Conservative Republican Senator Tim Scott's words on this.
Maybe you should call him and tell him he is a liar and a victim as well.
"I do not know many African-American men who do not have a very similar story to tell no matter their profession. No matter their income, no matter their disposition in life," he said.
He asked his Senate colleagues to "imagine the frustration, the irritation, the sense of a loss of dignity that accompanies each of those stops."
Scott also described walking into an office building on Capitol Hill and having an officer ask him to show his ID even though he wore a Senate pin.
While he is thankful he has not faced bodily harm, he said, "there is absolutely nothing more frustrating, more damaging to your soul than when you know you're following the rules and being treated like you are not."
"We must find a way to fill these cracks in the very foundation of our country," he said.

The senator ended with a plea to his colleagues to "recognize that just because you do not feel the pain, the anguish of another, does not mean it does not exist."

An actual judge already spelled out in his ruling, that the Administrations request was a distraction.
That what they are asking to be released are a fraction of what the government has.

Documents are only court documents when the documents are used in court.
There are tons of investigative material that was not submitted in any court case.

At this point do you even know what you are arguing.

This is where you started.
raumdeuter:
I have lived in this country for a while and I have never experienced any systemic hatred directed at me because of my skin color. If you have then tell us where you experienced situations of discrimination as part of a system in your experience
You can continue to chorus that he is a racist as usual it doesnt make him one
This is what I wrote.
IjeBos:
There were slaves who felt the same.
If you as a black man in the US say you have never been touched by racism, you are either very extremely fortunate, can't recognize racism because you don't feel deserving of better treatment or are lying.
I have given you examples of two prominent black men, one Republican (Tim Scott) and one Democrat (Obama), saying that they are/were regularly stopped for just being black, aka racism.
As I said your experience in this country is not similar to the vast majority of black men.
And repeating talking points won't make the BS that comes out your mouth any less not BS.

Kamala Harris also told us America is not a racist society

I guess she hasnt mastered the serial victimhood

Is Obama talking about any systemic racism against him that he faced? A man who was voted as president by majority white people

co -on quoting Obama who got voted into office by majority white people sharing an experience from the late 60s early 70s when civil rights was just passed
Do you even understand the words in this post?
Even assuming Harris said this honestly, which I guarantee she didn't. What in what you posted would mean that black people still don't face racism in the US?

Here is the rest of her post and she seems she is talking to you.
"He spoke what we know from the intelligence community: One of the greatest threats to our national security is domestic terrorism manifested by white supremacists," Harris said, referencing reports from federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies identifying white supremacists as a persistent and rising terror threat.

"And so these are issues that we must confront, and it does not help to heal our country, to unify us as a people, to ignore the realities of that," the vice president said. "The idea is that we want to unify the country but not without speaking truth and requiring accountability where it is appropriate," she urged.
I honestly can't tell if it's intellectual dishonesty or that you just have a hard time with reading comprehension and understanding basic arguments.
Someone is talking about dogs, you bring up cats.
And what's crazy is that you and I have had this same argument about the same topic and you did the same thing and brought up Harris's words playing your dishonest word games.

On cue, here is another post on something you could have easily googled and read so you would understand instead of sounding vapid.
Isn't this the crux of victimhood? Crying and complaining rather than actually informing yourself.
Cuz if you informed yourself, you wouldn't be able to cry and complain.

When are you going to cry again and write another post about Massachusetts and 9-0 Democrat to Republican districts?

It's Sat. save some of you tears for next week and go enjoy life.

You sound pained.
Does reading how incredibly vapid and filled with victimhood all your posts here hurt?

You also may want to google what victimhood is.
Lying about things and refusing to accept reason, facts and reality so you can continue to believe that people are targeting you or doing you harm is victimhood.
That's what you do here every day.
You have even donned the cloak of white victimhood as a black man.

Why don't you write a dozen more posts how Texas is the victim because of Massachusetts redistricting something or the other because you can't google nor understand statistics.

Or more posts about how the deep state used meek Merrick Garland to go after Trump because he literally stole Nuclear Secrets.
I guess you're being targeted if you're not allowed to steal and keep Nuclear Secrets.

I refuse to believe that you believe or have actually thought through the stuff write here.

Everyone knows the party of perpetual victims. Look at your posts for evidence
Look at your posts the last few days.
You write lies upon lies to continue to be a victim.

How many times have you repeated the lie that Massachusetts gerrymandered when you could have easily fact checked it? And I've also posted a couple times the analysis that the Republicans are spread out in MA and it's almost impossible to get them even 1 district that they would be competitive in
Yet, you need to be a victim, so you keep repeating it and will continue to repeat it. How many more times will you repeat it this week alone?
Why would you continue to post such an easily disproven lie, unless to continue to make yourself a victim?

Now you're on to Trump did nothing wrong and is just a saint.
He stole Highly classified documents. Including Nuclear secrets. He hid them, refused to return them when asked to, lied that he didn't have them when the FBI came, wrote an affidavit that the he didn't have them, and then when the FBI spoke to an employee, they were told he had moved the documents in an apparent bid to continue to hide them so he could keep them. The FBI scared as to why he would want to hide and keep them, got a search warrant.
So, Trump started saying the documents were his through some insane logic and that he magically declassified them by thinking about it.
And his newly appointed Judge, Cannon, bastardized the law to end the case. And still today she refuses to release the report so everyone can fully see what Trump did.
And to think Trump could have just turned them over.
All this has been reported on even by Conservative media.

But here you are. To make yourself and your party a victim, you keep repeating nonsense you can easily google.
So, you pretend to not understand how laws work(intent is a key in most laws, and not returning something and lying about it when asked shows intent, even mal intent), or understand statistics (Massachusetts distribution of Republican voters making it almost impossible for even 1 Republican district). Or maybe I give you too much credit and you really don't.

But keep on spending hours writing nonsense, arguing with facts and reality so you can do your victimhood dance.
