Bush ignored you crying about Saudis, Kuwaitis found in Afghanistan with known links to Al.Quaeda but no proof and saved a lot of lives from keeping these Wolves in Guantanamo. All sensible people need to know is what is a Saudi or Omani mullah doing in Afghanistan at this time of war unless he is fraternising with Al Quaeda. Lock him up and keep society safe, while you cry about his human rights.
This is like yelling at the sky.
I have 0 idea what you are talking about or which type of strong man you are trying to impersonate now.
Strong men usually aren't irrationally scared like you sound in this post.
And strong men don't let themselves be propagandized by empty words like terrorism.

I wonder, do you see terrorists and terrorist sympathizers around every corner, even in your sleep?
Seems like something you should talk to a psychologist about.

Don't have time for your terrorist sympathiser world view.

You must be one of those bleeding hearts who protested holding terrorists without charge in Guantanamo bay. George Bush ignored bleeding hearts like you because we the people with common sense had no issues with it.

A wolf does not need to be caught killing a sheep before you charge the wolf or kill it. its mere being a wolf is enough to take action to protect your sheep.

Terrorism is a difficult charge to bring with a steep burden of proof which is why in most of our societies, terrorists are allowed to be held for longer without charge under special laws (like Guantanamo bay, or suspicion of terrorism law in UK). A terrorist is not usually caught until he completes his act which no society can afford. You don't wait till the wolf kills the sheep to find out if he is a terrorist or not. You could be held for associating with terrorists, membership of organisations, having violent views and intent without having acted upon it or even plotted any attack. They are not prisoners, they are terrorists, so save me your snowflake sympathies for them.
They are not in anyway equivalent to festival goers murdered, raped and kidnapped, nor have they been arrested by any authority.
You seem to always be stuck in the past defending things that most rational people have long stopped.
George Bush and all the abuses during the "The War on Terror"
Israel's starvation in Gaza

The levels of rationalization of Evil in this post.
You can't even define what terrorism means yet you hold people on it for years if not decades?
How simplistic your world view and mind is.
Can see how and why propaganda can easily shape it.

As of November 1, Israeli authorities held nearly 7,000 Palestinians from the occupied territory in detention for alleged security offenses, according to the Israeli human rights organization HaMoked. Far more Palestinians have been arrested since the October 7 attacks in Israel than have been released in the last week. Among those being held are dozens of women and scores of children.
And, yes George Bush did ignore us "bleeding hearts" who were right about Iraq. And America paid dearly in dead young people and trillions of dollars.
You are literally defending one of the worst policy decisions and one of the worst presidents in US history.

The protesters share nothing in common with you terrorist sympathisers, nor do they share your love for terrorists

They are simply arguing the strategy of how to get their hostages back

Like when Kaduna train was hijacked and it's travellers kidnapped, some Nigerians argued going after the kidnappers with force and some argued negotiating for the hostage release

These ones just want the Israeli hostages released whatever the cost of negotiation, not because they are don't absolutely detest terrorists like every person with common sense should
All Ibi-Akata's posts consist of a "Noun, Verb and Terrorist Sympathizer".

Dems keep Republican FBI directors because of their own democratic values and semi obedience to the law, and that is why some vote Blue and would not vote Blue if Blues start behaving like those deplorable maga republicans.

You don't go lower because they go lower. You go higher when they go lower, and trust We The People.
How has that been working?
I'm not saying that they should put in people like Kash Patel but there are alot of good responsible Democrats who could have been appointed.
Dems believe they get credit for being bipartisan.
And how did that work out with Comey, Garland, Mueller etc. etc.?

I think Dems know they are reasoning with Joe Public, as in We The People, and if Joe don't see it now, they will in the future they hope, which some [more] are seeing now.

That said, dump for third term please. I want the lesson to really sink in.
I think Joe the Public needs real information to be informed.
With the purposeful dissemination of all the trash and nonsense we see online, that ship has sailed. Just look at Bailico's posts in this thread.
The Dems need to focus on the sane ones and then make moves to insulate the country from the rule of the idiotic minority.
Dems can't be the financiers of the minority Republican states (Blue states supporting Red States), while the Red States run the country.
Sounds almost like Nigeria.
The Dems have more of the population and more of the wealth, yet minority takers, the Republcans control the country. That's a recipe for disaster.

All democrats voted to end gerrymandering and zero republicans voted for it. Yet they want to bring up the both sides argument every time it’s brought up.

We are way past trying to treat and reason with wildlife like humans. The only language they’ll understand is the same language they speak. Which is hypocrisy and lawlessness.
I think that's the key. Forget all the talk, when a clean bill comes up for stuff like, gerrymandering, or preventing Congress from trading stocks, or whatever the issue is, just look at who votes for the bills and who doesn't.
It's will always be the Dems voting to move to pass the bill.

I think Dems thought they could reason with crazy. You can't. And they ceded the information space to the Republicans trying to play nice. While the Republicans designed to cede the space with crazy to make more crazy.

But you can't play with some self-imposed rules while the refs aren't calling any fouls/cheating on the other side.

Trump fires Wray and appoints Republican Kash Patel.
Dems keep Republican FBI directors afraid to look political while Republicans appoint Republican FBI directors (Trump even firing the one he hired).

So I can defame you that you are a terrorist sympathiser . When you sue me, you have to do a deposition. I should be the one to testify under oath to prove my claims. If I depose you and you lie , that is a crime that can see you jailed.
I think your brain works in reverse gear.
It's not the same as me defaming you that you conned me if I have receipts , you might have to testify. .This one is Hunter parroting what someone said, he should get to prove his point or withdraw not fir Melania to prove he lied.

The cost of the plantains I've been buying is a good measure of inflation.

Last year I could buy them for 3/$1(green or ripe) at my local Shaws.
The raised them to 2/$1.
At the local international market they were selling them for 5/$1 for the green ones. So, I started buying them from there.
I would buy 2 dozen every 2 weeks or so for my mom so there are always some in various stages of ripeness for dish she makes.
They increased them to 4/$1 in Feb.
Two weeks ago they increased them to 3/$1
This week they were now 2/$1.
The local Shaws used to be 75c for one. Will check what they are when I go shopping this week.

I guess it doesn't affect all the "manly" men in this thread because they only eat meat anyways.

Melania Trump threatened to sue Hunter Biden for defamation after he said Epstein introduced her to Trump based on the report of Wolf, who interviewed Epstein.

Pro Tip: It's probably not a good idea to threaten someone with a Yale Law Degree who likes to take risks like smoking crack.

Kinda stupid thing for Melania to do.
The lawsuit will most certainly not go forward as Trump and Melania would have to testify under oath in a deposition.

When will you get tired of me shutting you down. Let's see what happened after Trump federalized the National guard. Leftist protesters were in the streets, then a murder happened a few blocks away. Guess you didn't hear that but you ask Gemini.

Nancy Pelosi tweeted this

@SpeakerPelosi
Donald Trump delayed deploying the National Guard on January 6th when our Capitol was under violent attack and lives were at stake.

Now, he’s activating the DC Guard to distract from his incompetent mishandling of tariffs, health care, education and immigration — just to name a few blunders.

Chief of Police Sund hit back with a megaton bomb.

Others poured in. DC National Command Sergeant clarified his men were ready

And here us Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility fir Jan 6.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oksVQrXRAkE?si=KFdR1U4FMMlJ1dez
The chain of command for the National Guard does not include Nancy Pelosi, it does include Trump.
The Capital Police board, with a security member from both the House and Senate are responsible for security.
Republicans ran the Senate at the time, but it's convenient you somehow choose to blame Pelosi only, not McConnel and not the person, the President who could have easily brought in troops.
It's also odd that for you at one moment it wasn't a violent event but at another moment it was something that needed emergency national guards to maintain order.

This is why I block you. You don't even have a passing understanding of the things you post yet continue to post pages and reams of propaganda.
So, you stay posting purposeful misinformation from people with things to gain without understanding that its mostly BS.
I don't even understand what your end goal is.
You seem to want to be the person who will never enter the US, yet who posts the most misinformation about it because he somehow knows the US more than everyone else besides haven't never stepped foot in it nor studied its history.
Seems like hubris and lack of self awareness.

Now- Trump says he has the absolute emergency authority to activate the DC National card because crime is an emergency.
