Those are all for immigrant visas. You are not applying for an "immigrant visa" so you won't have an "immigrant visa" interview to be required to bring those documents to.

'Employment immigration' refers to PERMANENT Workers. Much harder type of visa to get. Bemeruca would have applied as a non-permanent or Temporary worker.
