Question is, will the Judge jail him?

Trump has been found guilty on all 34 Felony Counts of Falsifying Business Records.
He has been found guilty by a unanimous jury of 12 of his peers.

I think the key here is that verdict had to be unanimous. So, 12 people that Trump's defense team helped pick, heard the evidence and found him guilty in less than 1 day.

My views on African Americans changed when I took a class on African American History in college as an elective. I learned about Brown v. Board and the US's segrational history in High School. But it was a small part of the overall US history we studied. Most of this post is a lack of understanding of NY Law and supplementing that lack of understanding by people willing to lie to you.
1.) Most of your questions would be answered if you read the jury instructions.
I pulled out some sections below.

2.) The jury instructions have been written down, as you have them and have linked them. By NY law, they are not given to the Jury. Nor are they given the witness testimonies. They have to ask for them if they want them. When they do ask, the Judge brings both defense and prosecution in to decide what they should get. In fact the Defense could decide to hand the jurythe the jury instructions. But, that's not beneficial to the defense, so they won't. This is all NY law and out of Merchan's hands. In fact Judge's usually lean toward the defense as they don't want the case to be overturned on appeal. Merchan has definitely been generous toward Trump in this case.

3.) Comparing Mother Theresa to Trump in a case involving sleeping with a Prostitute is beyond the pale even for degenerates like you. At the crux of this is the fact that Trump did in fact break the law.

If you did read Alito's letter and not whatever propaganda was fed to you, you would notice he didn't explain the purpose of flying either flags. For the upside down flag he tells the ridiculous story that his wife flew it, he no idea about it, yet when he noticed it took it down (why did he take it down if it didn't have a nefarious purpose?) He goes on to say his wife owns half the house so she has the right to fly what she wants. The same for the 2nd flag. Doesn't explain why, of all the flags in the world she flew that one and says that his wife bought that house. 2.) The meanings of Flags and symbols change over time if they are co-opted. Just like the swastika did. The swastika had a different meaning before it was adopted by the Nazi Party. Christian Nationals took over the Appeal to Heaven flag about a decade ago. And since then that is what it has been associated with. California has been flying that same flag for 60 years. I'm sure they weren't aware it had been co-opted by Chrisitain Nationals. Someone like Alito would be aware what the flag stood for as he is a Christian Nationalist and the progenitor of the movement saw him as his hope. He also had access to Alito's circle. Why else would they fly such an old rarely flown flag at their private residence? Coincidence. Don't believe in such. Esp. combined with the first Trumper flag.

3.) The bigger picture. What separates the US from the rest of the world are our courts. Courts that people believe in because of the belief in its fairness and it's impartiality.
