please is 120ft by 120ft equals 2 plots of land.
my own thinking was that a 2 plots of land should be 240ft by 120ft but a friend was telling me that 120ft by 120ft equals 2 plot. infact he called it a square land,
so my people in the house please analyse and help out if its wrong or not.

You can contact local government authority for complete info../ a guy did in my area and was given a certificate... paid some fees though

am aware of the local govt fees but as a community most CDAs normally fix an amount to be paid by interested people for community development. Do you have an idea of what the guy would have paid to the community /Baale.
The Baale needs to give the person a letter to the LG and I know this is not free
