Am presently at a cross road and i will provide necessary detail regarding the issue am facing.
I school In one of the university in the northern region of Nigeria, currently am in my final phase of study in my field, during the pandemic I decide to stay back and learn some skill ( Barber) with the intention of opening a shop next year and putting someone in charge to control and remit something to me because I wish to continue my study.
This is the issue am facing now, I approach one of the popular shop close to my lodge to inform him of my plan to Learn, he charge me some amount of money and the duration will be three month base on what he said.
To cut short the story my three month has elapsed and can't boldly say I can barb anybody with confident due to the fact am not allow to carry out what of learn throughout my stay am only sure of the basis.
The issue am facing now is either to quit his shop and start learning somewhere though I will pay over there. I know that am not that dull but I wasn't given time and chance to try my ability. And very soon school will resume.

PoliticsRe: If I Were To Become A President In Nigeria. My 10 Agenda by ijoba22(m): 7:46pm On Sep 01, 2020
EdmundChidera:
How 2 will work, it requires strategic formulation which you will exclusively educate the masses giving them good reasons to commend the ideals besides its for there own good, many want a Nigeria free from tribalism but they don't know how, so with proper information majority will support you, you will always have people that dislike the idea but the majority carries the vote that's why we are in democracy
How 5 will work, it will definitely attract international organizations but looking at the neighbouring countries. Nigeria can easily influence their decisions decisively, subjecting them like big nations do to smaller countries, this will definitely bring us up as true giant of Africa
at time theory look attractive and efficient, but practical and implementation is another dimension.

Beacuse, they dont want to cede power to the south, he is talking of competence, if we face competence, the north will never rule nigeria or head any sensitive government agency or parastatals, check any multinational or indigenous firm and see who are the people calling the shot, go to diaspora and check the people in the helm of affairs in some of their strategic organization.
Worse of the people that have ruled this country the most are from the north, where are we now?

Have you ever heard of Sunday Awoniyi? He was thinking just how you're thinking. By the time they showed him his place in the North, it was already too late for him. He died of regret.

I think his son was a one-time Deputy Governor of Kogi.
it seem you know much about Kogi oo, welcome bro am a full blood Yoruba guy with no hatred to any tribe. what am trying to say is that the north is not poor or lack educated individual as the west show it sir. they are good poor people just learn to play your GAME.

The funny thing is that you are from Kogi West, Okun land, the Yoruba speaking part of Kogi state. Yet, you are insulting those from the West.

You think the North sees you as the North? You're the most unfortunate people cos you aren't northerners, you aren't Westerners. You're just in the middle, getting nothing.

Have you guys ever produced a single Governor of your state? The Igalas won't let you. Yet, in your all-encompassing "wisdom", you're insulting Yorubas.
I appreciate how you conduct a background search about me, let me throw more light, I grow up in kogi as you said and spent some year in ekiti and Ogun to be precise, currently this is my seven year in the north, I can tell categorically those guy over there silent empire while we keep claiming they are backward. on the issue of northern or western side, I could have appreciate if I will go to the north, Yoruba that are bunch of coward, betrayal and the like.

Well, they don't have almajiri and Boko Haram terrorists in the West. There's hardly a park you won't see children begging in the North. The North is backwards in all ramifications, but you won't see this because you're blinded by your religious/political/tribal delusions.

Emancipate yourself from religious slavery.
all this skull miner will be claiming super, they are backward yet those that are forward can't talk when north talk, ordinary body language they will be shouting.

He may even be studying 'Hausa or Islamic studies'

Osinbanjo dare not say anything about Buharis style of governance or the send him packing

I remain adamant that Falana is a very useless man ..like the typical coward he is instead of blaming Buhari who is responsible for all this he has instead chosen a softer target in the person of Osinbanjo . Why is Falana always scared of mentioning Buharis name ? Under Jonathan did you ever here Falana blame the VP Sambo? Hell no they always blame Jonathan even for problems caused by governors because they saw Jonathan as a soft target .. Falana leave Osinbanjo out of this he has tried his best , Osinbanjo is yet to recover from the last time he interfered and sacked the DSS boss andBuhari has been silently punishing him since then ..
sorry bro, he did the right thing he can't be blaming mr buhari since he have no knowledge of the law, but a SAN as vice president for that matter and can't protect the oath of the profession, it's a pity.

PoliticsTHE NIGERIAN YOUTHS; Remember Tomorrow Will Never End!!! by ijoba22(op): 10:00am On Dec 01, 2019
While growing up, we used to sing a song on the assembly ground in my primary school day's early 2000's, which am sure, readers would know. It goes thus; parent listen to your children, we are the leaders of tomorrow, try to pay our school fees and give us sound education.
Now am in my early 20's have been asking myself the whereabout of tomorrow's leader we have been singing about? What has happened to our hope? Have they all gone into extinction? At some instance,I asked myself, did teacher tell us all that stories to make us strive for excellence in our studies? Was I deceived? Maybe the leader of tomorrow have gone into oblivion I thought.
The following rhetorical question that have been bordering my mind and it has began to affect my mental and physical state of equilibrium, digging deep and showing the nexus with sociopolitical and economics significant.
The whereabout of tomorrow's leader we have been singing about? We believed and many of us grew up believing the saying that the youth are the leader of tomorrow. Little did we know that it was a fantasy and fallacy to be believed in. They ( the elite ) appealed to our conscience by giving us what I described as false hope in order to give the room to carry on with governance and the overall control of the economy.
Looking back to the political sphere of this country after the first the coup ( though) some call it revolution, the class of 1966 are the one ruling the country till date, for the sake of peace and progress name of host and cabal will not be mentioned, 2023 is ahead and the name that run through media wave are from the cabal class of 1966.
Looking closely at the recent civil war conducted in kogi state call election, I really wonder are the youth ready to take up the mantle of leadership. Just because of meals ticket that can't sustained more than two day lose their sanity, morality, conscience and integrity's. What pain me to the cell of my bone is the self appraise they give give themselves publicly. What surprise me most is that those actor are pundit in various profession.
The ever increasing in the use of drugs, premarital sex and cultism are seriously the whereabout of tomorrow leader we are singing about. Substance abuse have lead many youlth to be vulnerable instrument in the hand of power monger to unleash terror at their command under the influence of substances. They claim their aim are honor, vengeance and solidarity, I ask my self what is honor in causing trouble, vengeance when one of them is lowered below seven feet. The productivel capacity of some youth have been reduce due to premarital sex, cultism and drugs abuse.
What happen to our hope? It's ruinous of the governing class to have forgotten that most valuable and treasured resources we have are the youths. It's shameful that successive governments have appointed old people to decide the future of young people in the country. It also very unfortunate that religion and ethnicity difference have divide the stronghold of Nigerian youth. Just remembering the activities of national association of Nigerian student (NANS) under the military era, what we have now is merely a figure head union. It's not enough to trade blames, we must come out of the delusion and position ourselves strategically, we may never become the leader of today, much less leaders of tomorrow. Well am optimistic that we can do better if and only if we can come together. One grain does not fill a sack, but it help.
Political revolution is neither a child play nor tea party,we would be building false hope to assume that we would get liberated without challenging the obstinacy of the old order with better ideas to usher in the new world order.

lazy Nigerian youth will never stop to assume me, competition over superiority and first to comments on case they knew nothing about.
in Nigeria as a whole for us to develop we must accepts our difference and not forget our different culture, the north are conservative while the south are liberal in nature.
