How does the app recognize the network provider and the amount if it's not connected to the internet. Does it have database of all card for cross-referencing. It is impossible for it to automatically load a card without Internet connection jawe.

the one I have one my phone is called floater. You can get many of these in the playstore. Just search for GPS spoofers

correct guy. Even without root, a good VPN will still deceive your apps since all the apps rely on the system location

some they by pass VPN but just combine GPS spoofer with VPN and you are good to go. I love spoofers as you can even enter the longitude and latitude of the exact location you wish to be. Teleportation made easy.
