Photos of Captain Tijjani Balarabe, the Nigerian army captain that helped Taraba Kidnap Kingpin, Hamisu Wadume escape while being transported by policemen to Taraba State Police headquarters has surfaced following the confession of the re-arrested suspect.



Recall LIB reported that Wadume in his confession upon getting re-arrested, said the army captain that helped him escape is on his payroll. The Taraba kidnap kingpin also disclosed that he paid huge amounts into the army captain’s bank account three weeks before his arrest and also paid his way through checkpoints to avoid getting arrested with his gang members.



Wadume on Tuesday August 20, revealed how the army captain freed him from police custody. He said the soldiers drove him to the barracks before he was taken to the army captain’s house, where a welder was invited to cut off the hand and leg chains.

Omawumi weighed in on the rape allegation against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by Busola Dakolo at an event she headlined.



The singer's speech centered on not featuring on Beyonce's Lion King album, rape, domestic abuse and the award presented to Senator Elisha Abbo even after he was spotted in a viral video assaulting a nursing mother.



Omawumi stated that wise people teach other how to deal with a 'bad feeling' as the world never teaches anyone that it will stop. She added that people have been getting away with rape for a long time and though she will accept that a rapist won't own up to the crime, however they need to STFU.



Revealing that rape victims will get the support they need if they come forward with their story, the 'If You Ask Me' crooner also asked how an abuser will feel if they were in the spot of the victim. Omawumi rounded off her speech by saying that Busola Dakolo's rape story is an inspiration to every other young girl who has been abused in the past.

Chude Jideonwo, the media personality that had the explosive interview with Busola Dakolo in which she narrated how Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly allegedly raped her, has revealed that Timi Dakolo's wife is ready for the consequences of the 'tell-all' session.



The media personality in an exclusive interview on Linda Ikeji TV's 'On Air show' said that those alleging that the rape allegation is a difficult thing to prove and shouldn't have been brought up since it happened a long time ago, are enabling rapists.



Chude also pointed out that the Jurists who placed the statue of limitation on rape above 20 years know how grievious the crime is. According to him, most rape victims won't go public with their experience until they find peace which is why some rape accounts take a long time to be shared. Also insisting that Busola Dakolo is ready to accept the consequences of the case, he added that the message to rape victims should be that it is not their fault and that is where most mothers have failed.



The media personality also dispelled claims of the rape allegation being an attempt to pull down the church by explaining that Jesus was quoted saying in the Bible that "he will build his church on the rock and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." He affirmed that there is nothing anyone can do that can pull down the church.

A Nigerian lady based in the UK, took to Facebook to call out a Naval Commodore, Gbenga Fahad Oladipo for allegedly raping her 37 years ago.

According to Abi Idowu, the incident occurred when she was just 5 years old and she waited for so long to go public after waiting for her abuser's family to open the door of dialogue, not for payment but for them to know what the sad act robbed her of.

She revealed that she first shared the story of her molestation and rape at a young age on July 3rd, when her Dad turned 80 and bringing it to the social media platform was her last act of laying down the burden and working towards moving on.

According to the Twitter user, 14-year-old daughter of a Nigerian man defending Pastor Fatoyinbo got raped by someone she identified as Uncle T. He further disclosed that the girl's father is being held down, from acting on rage.

Angel, the Big Brother Reality Show star has called out President Buhari who he accused of Islamization and Fulanization following the establishment of Ruga settlements across the country.

Angel who accused President Buhari of Islamization and Fulanization, stated that the plan was taken at the expense of other ethnic groups in Nigeria. The reality show star who stated that he is an Ijaw man and a fisherman, asked why there are no Ijaw settlements in areas where there are rivers.

He wrote in his call out post;

"Rape is an inhuman and extremely evil act, but if this is what is annoying you today then you must be a FOOL as rape is not new. RUGA however is a direct attempt to destroy Nigeria’s unity. Toke Makinwa and Ebuka have joined the growing list of Nigerians who reacted to the interview in which Timi Dakolo's wife, Busola revealed that Pastor Fatoyinbo raped her. 

Recall we reported earlier that Timi Dakolo’s wife revealed that she was raped by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, when she was still a member of the church as a secondary school student under 18. She further revealed that the incident occurred in their house, and quite early in the morning when her parents were away. According to her after the rape act, the COZA senior Pastor told her she should be grateful he was the one that deflowered her. 

While Ebuka described Busola as a "Queen", Toke Makinwa who also reacted to the interview in which Timi Dakolo's wife, Busola revealed that Pastor Fatoyinbo raped her, called for lawyers to jump to the case and get justice for the singer's wife. The Nigerian Union of Traders who reacted to the recent xenophobic uprising in Ghana, have told its compatriots to return to Nigeria if they have no legitimate business in Ghana. The group in the Ashanti Region of Ghana who issued the warning, stated that they took the decision because they do not want to mar the good relationship between Ghana and Nigeria.The Nigerian Union of Traders who told fellow citizens with no business in Ghana to go back to Nigeria, said in its statement;

“We the Executives of the community are telling them to leave Ghana.  If you don’t have anything doing in Ghana, go back to Nigeria. That is what we are telling them. If they don’t have anything doing in Ghana it is better they go to Nigeria” 

This is coming after the Police in Kumasi, gave assurance that masterminds of the looting of some Nigerian shops in Suame Magazine in Kumasi will be arrested. The Police said a search party was currently working to arrest two persons mentioned in connection with the crime, Ghana radio station, Star FM, reports.
