When he was charged to court he pled guilty meaning sentencing can happen immediately.
No need for bail because trial is over.
Bail comes up if the trial will hold and for a long time (2 weeks, 2 years)

If you had stayed in school and learnt how to read, you would have found out he wasn’t eligible for bail because he pled guilty and trial is over.
