I rily gbadun this thread. I need to add some muscles,but due to the nature of my work I can't hit the gym.

Are there any workout routine I could be doing in the comfort of home. Can it work for me since am not a food freak.

My frd is also having the some problem,but one would hardly know except he tells you. He always look cheerful and happy all the time.
Told me the last time he got admitted was some years back at LUTH and ever since then he has been living a wonderful life.

Goes for check-up once in a month.
Always take his medication.
Takes lots of fruits.
Takes lots of fluid(water most especially).
Avoid mosquito bites,cause this can trigger the crisis.(always take anti-malaria drugs).
Avoid anything stressful @ work,home,even thrusting hard during s*x could cause crisis.
Avoid anything chill or cool.

Originalsly: Do uou ever watch the "animal channels"? Why suggest the python is non poisonous therefore harmless to humans? ...why suggest they feed only on rodents and pdetty small animals? The python is a constrictor and one that size can strangle and make a good meal of a cow....or a drunken or helpless human being in its path. Who knows how many in the area went missing...devoured by this python?... who is really ignorant? @ topic....It seems to be an unusually large snake. Lying here on my safe warm bed farrrrr away from the scene....I would say the snake should have been left alone...or captured, measured and taken and released far away from any residential area....or...donated to a zoo or reserve. As human we should live and let live...maybe it's mating season and the monster had left its area in search of a mate. Most likely there is another monster in the area. If found I hope it doesn't suffer the same fate.My take...from my bed....if I were in that area....hmmm....ehmmm....let's just say I have a forked tongue.

Have you ever seen or heard where a python swallowed a full grown man. Mind you these animals hardly attack except when they are been invaded.
