Honestly, i am new in this forum but i am not impressed with the kind of insultive utterances being made by some forumites. I believe that this is a respectable forum formed with good intent and should have matured members that can contribute odjectively on issues raised and not where immature indviduals should come and display ill manners. Sequel to this, i hereby suggest that the calibere of people in this forum should be assessed by reason of their contributions and where necessary people that do not have anything to offer except vain utterances should be suspended. i stand corrected mr moderator.

major catches:

continuity - any project that cannot be completed within an administration's tenure is almost always DOA with the next administration

if that road is passing through the east/niger delta, and parts of lagos, omo niles and communities will do their best to hamper it
