I have videos on Messi, his freekick taking technique, his skill in accelerating so well and decelerating to execute swiftest turns, how his body feints work. His preference for bottom corner finishes especially the left bottom corner. How he scores goals nobody expects and stuff. I love Messi, he is even better than Ronaldinho that made me love Barcelona. these are some reasons I really respect Ronaldo, he wasn't declining physically when he changed his style of play sha. He just knew that feints, skills and dribbles won't get him near Messi so he reduced them drastically and focused on the most thing in football, goals. He wasn't the fastest, but he was fast enough, not the strongest but strong enough and of course the best jumper in ball now and has impeccable finishing. From then, goals brought trophies, trophies brought ballon d'ors.

His January 'resurrection' is the one that baffles me the most.

Messi has got about 510 goals in about 620 games.
Ronaldo has got about 530 goals in about 770 games.

Thats is about 20 more goals in over 150 more games!


Messi is still by far a better scorer than Ronaldo.
