Let me chip this about the ussd bank issues. JUST LOCK YOUR SIM(S). Once switched off or changed to another phone, the sim won't be able to work without the pin.
Settings > Additional Settings > Privacy > Sim Card lock

ARB has different versions. 9.5.19.0 to the current rom are on ARB 4. So you can downgrade between these roms and not below 9.5.19.0

oh is that how it is? The guy that explained ARB on xda-dev said you should abstain as much as possible from downgrading if you can't find out the ARB numbers of your current rom to be sure that your new rom is either the same or higher than the number of your current rom. If the numbers of your new rom are less than the numbers of your current rom, and you go on with flashing, the algorithm will be tripped resulting in bricking.

Did you install any custom rom?
Did you install any other custom tweaks or mods?
Was your phone on official xiaomi rom or shop rom?
Were you trying to move from global stable rom to developer rom or otherwise?
And so much more other questions.

And to offer tips on tweaking and modding the phones.
And to provide solutions and offer help when a user encounters a challenge while using his phone.
How did we now degenerate to the point of warring over unnecessary things like who advertised? who didn't advertise? Who qoute? Who didn't qoute? Abeg, let's arrange ourselves. So many people here are my elders, be good examples.
