Man, I watched a minimum of 50 videos back then, so I can't pinpoint. A huge percentage of them made sense, but it's been a long time.

What do think the price of ETH would be when this CMC gap get filled? BTC @91k.
The red or green channel. Figure it out. It's at 3k+.

InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 8:27am On Aug 26, 2025
All CME gaps of this bullrun from 2023 were filled and that gives me confidence this one will be filled.

The yellow circle is the gap and the red square is the filling of the gap. Now, we have the last one at 91k plus or minus.

InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 5:17am On Aug 26, 2025
Last time someone quoted me about CME gap in 2023 at 38.5k, the following month, Jan 2024, it happened. So, September, we're waiting.

InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 2:12am On Aug 26, 2025
I just realized we have a CME gap at around 92-90k. Not all CME gaps get filled, but this one is important so that alts can finally bleed. Are we going to do it now? No. When we hit 107.8k, we need to go up and handle that in Sept or Oct.

You stayed quiet and did the right thing, so I appreciate you.

Substance before flaunting, else it's empty showoff.

Come to think of it, Naira still has a good purchasing power within Nigeria if you're used to spending Dollar or if you used to live in a country that spends Dollar. Catfish of $10 I bought this evening is a lot.

Nairaland bot is so strong, it even analyses images.

BTC is king.

I greet you specially baba iLegendd!
I Dey come this thread once once and I see your doings. I’m not a crypto trader, I’m a simple man, I see Bitcoin, I buy. I’m a bitcoin maximalist through and through. My core mantra is Hodl, but it’s really enticing knowing I can sell most of my stack to buy back later next year. As a fellow btc maxi, why don’t you just hodl over selling and buying back? How sure are you about the top of this cycle?
Hodl is the way, but if you understand the 4 year cycle, you'll trade-hodl.

Meaning, you sell at local peaks and rest. When it corrects, which it always will, you rebuy and sell at final peak, then rest again (assuming you don't want to short).

At the bottom of bear market, you rebuy and so on. That is how Warren Buffett trades stocks. He knows when to sell 50% or more.

Though, you can also act like Satoshi by never touching it. The method I explained above just helps increase your amount of Sats than keeping it untouched. Or, you can have one wallet that you never touch for life and the rest for 7-8 trades in 4 years. The less trade at calculated deep, the more money.

Deep down, you know that this rubbish screenshot you and BT always post without delivering a lecture feels like empty showoff. What would people like us who shorted at the top do?

All I'm saying is, you're here to flash your easy trade on people's faces hoping that will make them see you as a pro. I hope you don't have a motive to start selling signal?

Why are you Nigerians this stingy? You guys only flaunt, but you don't teach.

Later, you'll use your alternates to worship yourself of how you made great calls.

People like you are the reasons trusting Nigerians is hard.

Then, you end the post with "stay tuned." Making it look as if you've done the thread a big favour. cheesy

Dear iLegendd,

I write to dedicate my first post on Nairaland to thank you for your educative series on this forum.

I have been a member of this platform for almost 18 years now (sine 2007), and I have always followed the forum mainly through the Guest mode. I am a Professor in a Nigerian university.

I started following the forum during the last bull run and indeed, many of the major players here then who have been gifting us with their knowledge have since left the platform. I write to appreciate your effort with Graceglory for persisting despite some of the negative comments by some newbies,.

I hope to use the knowledge and ideas you are sharing for free to try my hand in the futures market during the coming Bear season. So please, keep sharing, I hope to contact you then and send in my tithe/thanksgiving...

This is just to et you know that we have people following and learning from your educational series

Thank you very much, once again
Dear Professor Kccydon,

I feel honored by this comment. Why? You’ve been here since 2007 and never commented on Nairaland—your very first comment was a reply to me. That makes it special.

Interestingly, 2007 was also the year I created my first Facebook account, and the same year I almost joined Nairaland. I finally joined in 2011, deactivated my account in 2017, and later created this one.

Back then, Nairaland looked like an ordinary HTML template, so I didn’t bother creating an account. As an up-and-coming web developer at the time, I simply didn’t like the design. But now I’ve learned never to judge a book by its cover.

Anyway, I have one bad habit: I don’t like taking crypto conversations from Nairaland into private spaces, and I always decline every form of financial gift. I’ve gotten a few offers on WhatsApp, but I told them I prefer giving rather than taking. Gifts always make me feel indebted, so I trickishly find a way to say no. grin

I’d rather post openly here or create a new thread specifically for this bear market trade, where I’ll guide people on how to make their TradingView chart look like mine and how to get started trading futures.

The good thing is, it’s as easy as ABC, and I have no intention of asking to be paid for the knowledge—except when I eventually put it into a book series.

So, openly, I’m available. Privately, I’m difficult to reach. One guy is still unhappy with me because, a few years ago, he offered to pay me 100k for a private class lasting just a few days, but I told him I didn’t really have the time.

Not that I don’t—I do. But I’m simply not good at teaching one person, even if they’re willing to pay millions. I love sharing knowledge with a crowd for free, but at the same time, I dislike being a WhatsApp or Telegram admin, because I’m very good at ghosting groups or even forgetting I have the social media app on my phone.

So, that’s my problem.

Once again, I appreciate your comment, and I’m humbled by it. If people here want a new Nairaland thread specifically for the bear market topic, click “like.”

Deep down, I want to do it because I have a lot of secrets to share—but with the right minds who’ll truly appreciate it. Posting it here, it might be overshadowed by fight or drama.

That method of trading was invented by one white man. iLegend invented his and it requires using arrow, good entry and waiting for 2-8 months before you sell and much more.

The moral of the story is, innovate and be victorious for life or join the crowd and win, then lose it all later and blame market manipulator.

Have your edge, it's what you need to stand out in a crowded world.

If manipulators leave this crypto space, I'll quit anything digital currency.

InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 2:19pm On Aug 23, 2025
If you're not a first mover, try and innovate in that saturated field and you'll still succeed.

Someone attacked me some days ago with his alternate account saying, "iLegend knows nothing about crypto" and he got some likes.

What is that telling you? If you innovate and do things differently, you're unqualified in their eyes. They are used to seeing those types of charts below, but mine doesn't look like that, so I automatically know nothing.

God knows my material is what their loved ones will read in the future. It'll be their most recommended. cheesy

Be a first mover or at least, be an innovator, else you'll be like the rest.

Dear sire, newbie like me don't understand this chat and other grammars too sadly.
I used to have newbies in mind, but lately, since realising 99% are into alts only, I quit carrying them along. Maybe, when I launch a series, I'll bring them back on board.

Most newbies are actually not serious. They skip most of the classes and towards exam, they attend class and find the course difficult to pass.

Maybe, they are serious, but busy with other more important things in their lives.

We are two to four months away from entering this green channel. When we do, we'll stay inside it till March-July, 2027. No going out.

That channel is where the money is made when the kids are sleeping. In bear market, everyone loses interested, but shorters will be busy swimming in wealth.

Learn futures trade, but if you're already into betting, don't. Why? You'll transfer your football gambling habit into futures. If you must, then work on your impulses first and have your emotions under control, else avoid it. There are just 2-3 trades in a bear market and any other thing is gambling.

iLegend is a Legend indeed!!! This particular post is a masterpiece. How can I follow you on Telegram boss? 🙏🙌
I almost deleted this post you quoted. When I reread it, I felt it's too much of "me me me." A narcissist's behavior. Sadly, I was banned because of another post I made in another section of Nairaland.

If I wasn't banned, I would've deleted it. I always find myself in a situation where I'll write a great piece, but I won't post because a spirit will tell me "Is it really necessary?"

I spoke about ETH in normal scale and log scale yesterday and how people with normal scale should short, but for me with log scale, I'll short from 5.2k.

I checked one of my subaccounts and decided to short at 4.8k on behalf of normal scale people. I wanted to post it that people should short, then I asked myself again, "Is it really necessary to announce everything? Must they know?"

This spirit of "is it really necessary" has deprived most people on this thread from the knowledge I have to share.

Maybe, I'm just trying to control my Cho Cho Cho or pissing envious people off. Anyway, I shorted it. 😂

Oh, to answer you, I don't use social media. Even the ones I use, I don't always check them except once or twice in 5 months or a year.

So, you see why I don't reply people easily or use social media? I have given you more information than you need or asked for and you won't value it. I'm built to always give, give and give for free. But I have started putting in effort to curtail it.

What concerns this reply with ETH? Hahaha. Now you know why I want to delete or why I isolated myself on social media. I give too much info for free and this leads to controversy or less value.

If you ask some people on Nairaland, they'll say iLegend is very controversial, but that's not the case. I just love to teach and share and from what I shared, some people will pick some parts of it to start a fight.

This fight is what I'm afraid of. I no longer have the passion for gbas gbos as I used to, hence I avoid most social media platforms, make I no go set Nigeria on fire with my words. I'm unfiltered.

Even this post I typed now, that spirit has told me not to post it that it's too long and not necessary.

Stubborn me, I posted!

Compromise in Nigeria is only seen as so when it doesn't favor us. It's same as corruption.

Since all judgement favors Tinubu and APC, the country is in good shape in their eyes and whoever says otherwise is a hater to them.

psalm68:
Yes, we all want to win. That is the purpose of taking the trade in the first place.
However, fine-turning your strategy over and over is much more important inorder to achieve a better win rate
Ronaldo has a winning mentality, but Messi, who acts as if he doesn’t care about winning or anything special, wins more. Those guys who act as if they don’t care about love or relationships always get the most beautiful girls, while the “Mr. ThisRelationshipMustWork” types are the ones who cry the most — openly or silently.

BTC is king — USDT is the roadmap.

More on this: there’s something I call “Nonchalant Winners.” These are people who know they have a gift others don’t. What they do is act as if it’s nothing special, just to avoid attracting envious people who would attack them day and night.

I once wrote a foreign scholarship exam with 6,000 people and took first place. Everyone thought it was a big deal, but no — it wasn’t. Anyone could achieve it. I traveled abroad, with all expenses paid by the government.

A few months later, I started clubbing four times a week while my coursemates were busy studying. When results came out, I got a distinction — a score even higher than first class.

I used most of my time hanging out and mixing with foreigners from different countries, learning social skills and different ways of life.

Back in Nigeria, I tried to teach these skills on the Nairaland Romance section and got abused day and night.

Then another person came on board called Ubunja, and suddenly all my haters became his fans. He brought a twist to his teaching and, honestly, I was impressed too. I never got jealous of him, because my type of “winning mentality” is nonchalant — like Messi.

Neymar, Ronaldo, and the rest can shine, and Messi won’t be bothered. This is the mindset crypto needs. Another coin can pump and you shouldn’t be moved, but people with a winning mentality will FOMO in.

If Ronaldo is in a bad position to shoot, he'd still shoot than to pass. Sometimes, he'd pass, but most, he won't. He has a winning mentality. If he scores 7 goals in a match, but his team lost by 10-7, Ronaldo will be happy — he has achieved his personal "winning mentality."

So, since Ubunja became their new man, I stayed diligent, turned all my posts into bks, and made a lot of money from them and invested it in crypto and other things. If people don’t like it when it’s free, it’s because it’s free and easily available.

Even here on this thread, I’ve read comments where people praise Graceglory and indirectly shade me while adulating him. But it never gets to me — I even click the like button on such comments.

I just want others to win and be praised in my presence, because if it’s only me being praised, the hatred and abuse towards me will only grow stronger.

I have been through it too many times in life, hence I hide my victories to avoid pissing others off. Messi doesn't celebrate too much. People with grace need to show less of their glories.

This is why I love it when some coins pump without me. I’m never bothered to jump in. I have a victory mentality, not just a winning mentality.

A club can be winning 2–0 and feel they’ve already won, but in the end, the other team can come back and go home with the victory.

All I’m trying to say is: a winning mentality is good in life, but when it comes to crypto, a victory mentality — through patience and obedience to your rules — is the BEST.

Using ReSeBuBum, after 4 years, you're 100% guaranteed of victory.

There is a difference between winning and victory. Winning is the process of victory. You can be winning but still not be victorious in the end.

I have much more to say because I’ve experienced a lot of good and bad in life, but I fear the low attention span of this generation to read through. Hence, I’ll stop here.

I pray I have reshaped your mind to focus on victory instead. Winning can be erased, but victory is permanent.

"I'm not trading to win, I'm trading not to disobey my rules. And anytime I succeed in doing so, I have won by default even if the trade itself is at loss." Joe Clarkson.

In life, focus on winning and consistency, but in crypto, focus only on patience and obeying your rules and victory will be a byproduct for free.

Failure to do this, you'll surely learn the hard way. Even when you make profit from your gra-gra, you'll be shocked at the silly mistake that'll cost you all your profit and even capital. Speaking from years of experience!

September is known as a very weak month for BTC, like you have highlighted. A new ATH for Bitcoin this August ending will mean a very big crash in September, right?

What if Bitcoin fail to do a new ATH till September?
September 1st to 2nd and sometimes 6th is actually strong, but starting from second week of September, it's always weak or stagnant.

To answer directly...

Yes, a big crash or stagnation, after the first few days of Sept had shown some fake strength.

The reason I'm adamant is not really about the new ATH, but USDT dominance touching the purple line. The moment that is achieved, any price BTC is at that moment is valid.

Luckily, it can't be achieved without BTC going up. It may be a retest of 124.6k or a brand new ATH.

All I'm after is USDT dominance purple line because based on tradition, it's a MUST touch line, else, the ATH is inconclusive and there is a consequence when what is worth doing isn't properly done.
