The size of the bladder is 40 - 60 cl. A bottle of coke is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine it can enlarge up to 300cl. An overfilled bladder may leak and this leads to wetting / urinary incontinence. Also the volume may put pressure on the kidney and may lead to kidney damage.

You should not even abandon your home for any reason, you
could go somewhere wen angry but ensure that you don't allow it 2 linger unnecessarily because dat is enough for the devil to build on.
2) Telling your wife
severally that you are the head:
May I let you know that even when your
wife disobeys/ disrespect you she
still knows that you are the head. Yu need not shout or scream it
daily. Its important for you to know when and how to be firm
and put yur feet down over issues, however don't become a nagging husband just to prove that you are the head.
3) Issuing threats:
Beating, verbally abusing your wife, issuing threats of divorce or bragging abt marrying anothr wife does not make you a man. Your strength is in your ability to tame your
tongue and control your fist. When she is acting her "childish woman" part, play the "matured man."
4) Reporting your wife to friends and family:
Wen yur wife offends, correct and talk things
through. You don't have to tell everyone about her mistakes, that will paint her
black nd sell her cheap such that you will not be able to redeem her back. It is also out of place for
any man to love his mother more than his wife and kids, doing this only sets up your
home for crisis.
5) Competition:
Have you seen couples who compete with each other over material acquisitions? Their properties and
investments are always in separate names.
As the wife borrows to buy a Ferrari, the
husband is running
after a bugatti. How childish can we be? This also leads to
insecurity, jealousy and inferiority/
superiority complex. Please let's check ourselves and work as a team because its
one of the ways to succeed as a couple.
6) Keeping Malice:
Is it nt funny to know that some men keep malice? Some of them even nag, criticise, abuse and call their
wives names in
public. It may make you look like a "big boy" who's in control but you are not going to gain anything good from it, your home will only be a den of insults and
confrontations.
7) Not helping with house chores:
I must say here that it is the sole responsibility of a woman to tend and manage a home.
However, its not a bad
thing if a man lends a helping hand when
necessary. Watching football with newspaper in your hand every evening not caring how stressful the house
chores are will only increase the pressure on your wife and if you truly care you'll help, just checking
on her while busy could encourage and sooth her, this also makes you a good example to the kids
especially the boys. Some men don't even say "Thank You" to their wives after eating, all they do is compare her with
other women. Its also childish to say you do not care about how the kids are raised. Its a shame that after having 3-4kids some
men cannot change a simple diaper or prepare cereal.
Lastly, everyman
should have a church or mosque where his family is watered and raised spiritually. This makes yu accountable, it's immaturity and

The doctor also advised against mixing energy drink with alcohol.
A physician at theNational Hospital, Abuja, Agnes Eguagie, on Friday advised people with hypertension and diabetes to avoid energy drinks because of their caffeine content.
Ms. Eguagie, of the Department of Medicine, gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.
“Energy drinks are an attempt by the manufacturer to boost people’s energy alertness by combining the properties of certain compounds that we know that this can actually help.
“They contain caffeine. Caffeine makes people alert, they contain glucose, which is supposed to give you energy, they contain some B vitamins, then some may contain one or two amino acids,” she said.
She said the “problem with these drugs is that combining all this things together is not actually really helpful.”
“They have very high levels of caffeine in them and caffeine in itself has its own problems.  Apart from the fact that it makes you alert it actually gives some people nervousness and tremor.
“For patients who are  hypertensive,  the high level of caffeine will cause the blood vessels to constrict and the blood pressure to shoot up; you can come down with a stoke.
“For those that have hypertension and diabetics, they don’t know, because there is a lot of glucose in it.
These are not usually advisable, because as I said the high amount of caffeine in it is actually quite detrimental.  So, generally, I would not advise patients to take it,” she added.
The doctor said that energy drinks taken in excess could cause heart burn, insomnia, ulcer and would increase the blood pressure.
She, therefore, advised the public, particularly the youth to reduce their intake of energy drinks and avoid mixing it with alcohol, which she said was usually the situation.
“Apart from the fact that caffeine can cause increase in blood pressure if it becomes a habit, it can also give you heart burn; it can give you ulcer.
“It can also increase your heart beat rate and give you tremulousness and insomnia and you wouldn’t be able to sleep well.
“Fine, you are saying it is giving you energy and making you alert but the next effect is that you are going to be so tired and you can’t sleep.
“Your body cannot rest, so, that means it would affect you functioning later.
“Another thing they do is mixing it with alcohol.  Alcohol itself has its own effect on the central nervous system.
“Caffeine itself has its own effect on the central nervous system, so you can see that two of them are going to be acting on the person’s central nervous system.
“Some people say they take it every day; it gives them energy to do their daily activity that is very bad, so I will advise against it.

• Mustard oil: A massage with mustard oil is also a good remedy for back pain.
• Garlic: Heat some coconut oil or sesame oil on a low flame with eightcloves of garlic in it. Cool it and massage the affected area with this oil softly. Leave it on for three to four hours and take a bath in warm water. This will give you good relief from back pain.
• Camphor: Mix some camphor in your massage oil and apply to your back.
• Epsom salts: Epsom salts ease backpain by reducing swelling. Add 2 cups of Epsom salt in your bathtub of warm water. Soak for 30 minutes.
• Chamomile: Tea made of this herb offers a calming relief to soothe tense muscle tissues. Drink one to three cups of chamomile tea a day to get relief from back pain.

TIPS TO PREVENT FACE WRINKLES~
Wrinkles generally are due to age, Stress and dry skin. You should always keep the areas around the eyes mouth and nose and also the neck well cared for and moisturized.
Tip 1:
Take 1 tbsp of cold milk and add 3-4drops of lime juice. Rub this paste well into the wrinkles before going to sleep. The next morning wash with warm water and dry with a rough towel firmly. Once again rub in the cream - in the direction opposite to the wrinkles. Wait for ½ an hour and wash, avoid using soap.
Tip 2:
Rub the pulp of a ripe Papaya on theface and leave for ½ an hour before washing.
This is a very good toner also.
Tip 3:
Rub almond oil on the wrinkles in upward strokes. Leave overnight and wash with warm water next morning.
Tip 4:
Cut open a Vitamin -E capsule, add ½tsp of glycerine and apply. Wash after 15- 20 minutes.
Tip 5:
Add ½ tsp honey to 1 tsp rice powder. Smoothen the lines with this paste. Leave for ½ an hour and wash.
Tip 6:
Mix 1 tsp honey with 1 tsp of milk cream. Apply well. Wash after 20 minutes.
