sometimes it's not okay to consider buying 2-3 years old flagships over Newer entry level and midrange phones. But you see that Itel A60, stay away from it.. instead find and get a fairly Samsung s6. same price Range and less headaches. 09154619520. Tech support |
Stay away from this device it's a trap you might cry after buying it |
Peritome:Cheap should not mean headaches and regret |

I have not seen any reviews or whatnot But if it has a glass back I promise you gaming will not be fun |
Yes it can A fake charging port or even a good one incorrectly mounted can results to ur phone losing its USB functions. Meaning- you might not be able to connect to anything PC to transfer files or tether You understand what I mean. Ontop of that... Your phone might charge slower. Ensure the engineer fixes the charging port very well with all the legs properly connected. PS. If you end up changing the downboard.. do well to test your mic, screen responsiveness, charging, and of course charging. If you encounter any issues, politely talk to the engineer.. sometimes smartphones misbehave |

Almost every phone released in today’s market feature a pro version. The pro versions of a phone- say the Tecno Camon 19 pro is the most powerful phone of the entire camon 19 series. Pro or P as the case usually feature massively upgraded specs, for example- the camon 19 base version runs on a MTK Helio G85 processor while the pro is powered by the much more powerful Helio G96. The upgrade can also come in form of Camera/ battery capacity and or network bands. The camon 19 caps at 4G in terms of network while the pro has a much more expensive version that features 5G. It is also worth noting that pro/premier/P versions of phones in a previous generation of a class can easily outperform the base version of the new class- this is what I mean; The Tecno camon 18Premier will outperform the camon 19 easily and even rival the Camon 19 pro. And this is where it gets rather insane; the Camon 18 base version is arguably better than the camon 19, RAM and Storage wise they are both in the same category, GPU wise- same, processor/ Engine- the Camon 18 is better with its helio G88 processor (remember that the Camon 19 runs on a Helio G85), things however turn better for the camon 19 in the camera region, this is where it dominates. The main idea still is this; the pro of a previous version is usually better than the base of the newer generation and may actually outperform the new comers up until the pro version of the newer generation. Pro is also more expensive. Now that you have gotten the gist, if the cash is available and you want to get the most powerful class of a phone today, ask for the pro. When the next generation is released next year- the pro you bought today is usually guaranteed to be better than all the new comers up until the pro- much will not change except the design of the newer generation especially If it’s a Transsion phone (Tecno, infinix and itel.) This is because Transsion changes design of their phones every single release and well they are mostly copied from flagship phones of different brands. -sparrow |

Phone cooling Fan system It’s not magic and definitely not that expensive. At the most, it would cost you a maximum of 4500 including shipping fees from Jumia. What it offers you however far supersedes that price tag. It’s a phone cooling fan (like a mini AC) that attaches to the back of your phone, preferably where the CPU is (that is the upper panel on most phones) and rapidly cools it. It works like a charm, You can launch the most demanding game on your phone; Call of duty mobile, Apex legends, Efootball 2023, Fifa mobile and PUBG and you will not even notice any heat. Let me explain, I use an Umidigi A9 pro with a glass back and a metal frame, when I play games on it, the phone heats up and with heat comes frame rate drops and lag- there’s nothing a gamer hates more than these two, asides of course network interrupting phone calls. So I went online and found this cooling fan system, on Jumia to be precise. There are different variants of it, so I am not naming any brands here , but if you want to buy the exact same version I bought the name is: stretchable Mobile phone cooling bracket. It has a blue led in the fan system, which indicates when the system is on and actually gives your phone a really cool PC look when you are playing games in a dark area. I did notice the fan’s a bit faster when you plug it in than when it’s running on its inbuilt battery - which can actually power the unit past 3 hours- however that little speed dip does not inhibit cooling at all, the unit does a really good job. I posted the system on whatsapp groups of different call of duty clans and the responses have been really good, save for one player that complained that the unit took up too much space and he found it awkward to hold. However that player was using an iphone XR - X (not sure which) and it’s not a big phone in terms of physical dimensions. If you want to get it, I will recommend jumia - if you reside in Lagos, it would arrive in less in 2 working days- their delivery system is quite efficient and there is a refund/return window if you want to return it for some reasons. I always recommend pay on delivery but if you are comfortable paying online, that’s works too. If you need help placing the order, I can help direct you on how to do it- you are not sending money to me or anyone, I use pay on delivery- so you will pay only when you see the unit. 1. Please note: jumia will never contact you for your bank/ ATM details for any reason whatsoever. 2. I am not a Jumia agent and I will not contact you to ask for your bank details or money 3. Do not buy generic brands unless you are comfortable with waiting for a month for it to be delivered, look for the one’s in store and not the one’s with the Generic tag on them. -Sparrow |
It looks good, certainly feels good to hold and just maybe it works good too? Hehehe Good evening guys, today I am looking at the Camon 19 pro Mondrian Edition. It’s a relatively new special edition of the Tecno camon 19 (It’s been around for two- three weeks now, I have only just gotten a chance to actually touch it today, and that was in church. A Lady sitting next to me had it) The phone has got this really cool art design at the back, courtesy of a partnership between abstract artist Piet Mondrian and Tecno. But design aside, it’s still the same old Camon 19 pro we all now- absolutely no differences. I read an article that stressed the direction Tecno was moving in these days and that’s design- they want to make good looking phones- while that’s not bad, everyone likes good looking phones. I certainly hope they improve with their specs and pricing, because the Mondrian is definitely not cheap- around 179 thasaaand naira. Truth be told-and you may already know this from my posts and articles- I am not a fan of Tecno, what with their hugely underwhelming device specs and outrageous price tags. But there’s just something with the Mondrian Edition, spec wise, it’s nothing too attractive( 8GBs of RAM, 256GBs of storage and GPU that’s not even impressive, it would interest you to know that the Camon 19 pro is significantly weaker than The Iphone 8 and that’s a 5yr old phone ) However the design of this Edition oozes class and antiquity. What I mean is- This is a phone you just want to own, not for spec or performance but just because it really looks good. For context, if you were to put this phone side by side with the Xiaomi Redmi 11s and or the Vivo V23e, two phones with similar specs to the camon 19 pro Mondrian Edition- it’s a no brainer decision, almost everybody is going to pick the Mondrian. I am too- Tecno dislike in the mud. If you have got this phone and as with all special Edition phones, keep it, maintain it- because someday if you ever decide to sell it, it’s going to fetch you a lot of money. And please, do not leave this phone lying around carelessly; if my eyes see it, my fingers are definitely stealing it. -Sparrow

If you use a tecno, infinix or Itel phone then you must be very familiar with bloat-ware. Unwanted apps that have been installed by your Smartphone maker which they believe you might find useful. Bloatware is not useful, at least to me; I certainly do not find More, Phoenix browser and status saver, musixx and the rest of them useful at all. These apps use up memory because they tend to run in the back-ground and perhaps this is the most annoying thing about them; they send me useless notifications. Check any tecno and infinix phone right now and you will see at least 3 notifications from phoenix browser alone. those ads clutter your phone and sometimes when your device is lagging or has just been turned on, you see those annoying ads/notifications dropping in like unwanted visitors on a hot Saturday afternoon- humour attempted here, visitors are great, it’s nice for people to visit you once in a while but not on a Sunday afternoon when all you just want to do is sleep. So as a Transsion user, you should know already you can’t escape bloat ware, because unfortunately it seems Transsion has some dealings with those companies and that is why you have them, even if you manage to remove those apps, they will find their way back, especially through another app that may have some kind of dealings with them as well. Xender. Transsion, Xender, Bloatware (more, phoenix browser and status saver) are like bread, Akara and Pepsi, they just go hand in hand and one cannot exist without the other, if you use a tecno phone and you do not have any of these apps, you deserve an award. If you do not use any of these phones, then you may be safe... for a while. This is because bloatware can still find its way into other brands of phones, I did not have any on my Umidigi A9 pro until yesterday night and that’s the main inspiration behind this article, I woke up to the sound of my phone beeping continuously, at-first I thought Alarm?, but on turning the screen on, my sleep reddened eyes saw “check why Peter Obi is stepping down” From phoenix browser. My mind went WTF and all I wanted to do in those few seconds was find the Mumu app and remove it. Luckily I managed to uninstall it and made my phone and eyes a promise that it would never again see the sight of those apps by doing these few things, which I believe would be useful to you as well if you do or do not already have those Mumu apps. First off, uninstall those apps; Tap and hold any of the above mentioned apps in your app drawer/list and uninstall. Secondly, find and delete their APK files by using a file manager, you can use Xender to delete the apps but I do not trust that app, you cannot ask the devil to destroy his own angels. Third and possibly the most important, always uncheck these apps (phoenix browser, more and status saver) from your send list when you are transferring files through Xender. Check and recheck to make sure they have not disguised themselves as a picture or file you want to send, because yes, they can disguise themselves on xender. That’s all for now, Stay safe and may Transsion’s bloat wares never find you. -sparrow |

Yesterday made it a full month since I walked into a phone store and purchased my Tecno camon 19. I bought the phone for and while I did not feel particularly good about dishing out that amount of my savings on a phone I was not particularly impressed with-specifications wise- I hoped to get back my money’s worth on the phone’s performances and well I have to admit It did fall short of my expectations in some areas. Here’s where and how; I purchased the 6/128GB dark colour version of the phone (before we dive further into this post usage review, I would like to state that my phones are my second offices, and I can very much spend the entirety of my day on my phone). I research a lot, play a great deal of Call of duty mobile and Efootball and when the inspiration sets in, write some flash fictions. Straight into gaming performance, the games ran well on low and medium graphics, once I set the graphics to high and played battle royale, my frame rate dropped and the game lagged especially during intense gun fights ( there are 3 games on my phone, CODM is the one I play the most) someone argued with me that this phone was not made for gaming, I told the person that if he checked the packaging of some of Transsion phones running the same chipset as the camon 19, he would see, emblazoned on the pack G85 gaming processor- so on other phones, the G85 is a gaming chipset and on the Camon 19, it’s not?. Twitter and snapchat lagged, you read it right. Snapchat lagged and there were delays when switching filters, that was understandable to me, snapchat is very resource demanding but when my twitter lagged! I was shook. The Camera lagged and delayed as well! You may think I am making this all up by now, but I assure you, this is what really happened. I have seen cameras lagging, my friend’s Iphone XR challenging Redmi Note 8 used to lag when we snapped on a very hot day. That was exactly what happened to me, I was taking some photos in the open on a very sunny day and my subject was my Rottweiler, I had just gotten down on my knees to take some close up shots of him when the camera slowed and lagged, I thought it was a feature at first, because the display was moving as if it had water in it. You know when you have a round air bubble inside of a transparent water-tight container and you shake the object, the bubble moves much slower and you have to tilt the object very tight in other to get bubble to move to the end of the container. That’s what happened, I was perplexed at first and then when I quit the camera, the phone lagged briefly and returned back to its senses. Not everything was bad about the phone, the battery lasts me a very long time even when I game, and something I do not enjoy on my Umidigi A9 pro, but that phone cost me 70k and does deliver very well. The camon charges fast but is nothing like the vivo v23E, honestly now that I think about it, I should have saved up a bit more and gotten the vivo when it sold for 145k in physical shops. In summary, the camon 19 is an okay phone, it’s not the fastest (the G85 inside of it, is it’s major drawback), It’s a very elegant phone, I have lost count of how many times I have seen people staring at my palm whenever I am on the road. the camera is very good and shoots really well, save for that time It lagged, as for the price tag, I can never ever be happy with it. That’s just me any way’s; I am not one to happy with splashing 135k on something with a donkey as a processor. -sparrow |
LordJoffrey:Redmi note 10 currently costs 127k On jumia |
Abdulquadrimuha:You will have to check online stores It will be difficult to find that phone in a physical retail store I believe Jiji should have that phone |
Save your money sir’s and ma’s for we are close to that time of year where if your phone is not 5G enabled, people will look at you as if you are poor, out of date and or wretched. soon people won’t ask you if your phone has three or four cameras, Instead what they will ask is “ is it 5G?” and if it is, you will answer proudly with your chest puffed up “yes” On the hand, if it is still 4g. Well- ehmm, boss, you and I know both know the story. Remember when 4G was newly released in Nigeria? hehehe, let’s keep it professional please. MTN launches its 5G network spectrum on the 24th of this month. The news has been around for a long while now and this is why (if you paying much attention to your environment) everyday, you see loud-sweat covered DJs and bands of marketers advertising low priced 4G SIM cards and data/ Airtime bonuses. The launch is close and 4G SIM cards has to be phased out immediatement; and if you have been wondering whether you should buy one of those SIM cards, I would tell you No, hold out for now- soon they will be given out entirely for free that is of course, if you still want to get one of them. That draws us back to the main topic, the cheapest 5G phones you could buy in this new era of Smart phones. There are some phones available from the major companies in the country; there’s the 1. Zero X from infinix which retails upwards of 99k to 145k (take note that Smartphone prices fluctuate a lot, so if you see one of these phones selling for 130k today, do not be surprised to see a N145, 000 price tag the following week!) 2. Tecno launched the Pova 5G which starts from 110k upwards. 3. The Tecno camon 19 pro retails at 190k upwards 4. The more known samsung A22 5G retails at around N102, 000 The bigger boys in the market; the Samsung, Oppo, Redmi , vivo flagships etcetera have a base price starting at about N220k - for the sake of content length, I decided not to detail them. On the lesser known side of things- the sides with equally good or even better specs but sadly low availability of spare parts we have the; 1. Poco M3 pro; this phone which was released in 2021 has seriously monstrous specs and sells for just around N71, 000. (Another reason why I say Transsion has extremely unfair inflated prices, check out the Poco M3 pro online, I promise you will be shocked!) If you have a website with device specs and prices, feel free to contact me to add the links here in the main post or you can comment them below. 2. Realme 8 5G, another monstrosity sells for around N83, 000 and features a mediatek dimensity 700 chipset. Note- ( the two phones listed above are powered by the Mediatek dimensity 700 chipset which is a far better processor compared to Tecno’s Camon 19 Helio G95 processor and on top of that costs even less) 3. there’s also the Oppo A74 5G which has a snapdragon 480 5g chip and sells for around N112,000 These are the cheapest 5G devices you can buy at the moment, a lot more will certainly be released in the coming months. Tech is advancing and so are we. Have a nice day bosses. -sparrow |
