The Aba Integrated Power Project (often referred to as the Aba IPP) was developed and built by Geometric Power Group, led by Professor Barth (“Bart”) Nnaji, a Nigerian engineer and former Power Minister. It was conceived in March 2004 by Prof. Barth Nnaji and the team at Geometric Power Group. It was officially commissioned on 26 February 2024 in Abia State. It was inaugurated by Nigeria’s Federal Government (represented by the Vice President) and Geometric Power after years of delays and development.
This project is a 141 MW gas-fueled integrated power plant (expandable to 188 MW) located in the Osisioma Ngwa area of Aba, Abia State, supplying electricity generation and distribution across nine local government areas within the Aba ring-fenced zone.

Nigeria doesn't have HUGELY increasing debt. Any growing revenue is not automatic but a plus to the administration. There are no higher taxes for the majority of Nigerians, and tax laws just changed this month anyway. Use the brain, it's possible.
