Is this one also Fulani? Are those names he's mentioning Fulani? This is part of why it's very difficult to believe stories of alleged killings and attacks by herdsmen. Again, where are the cows? Every other criminal have given their lives to Christ in pastor Eneche crusade or what? Do you expect Obi to talk about the killings in the South East, no don't. It doesn't help his desperation or add any votes or sympathy to him. He doesn't care about the lives, just needs votes from other bases. Plus the boy mustn't challenge the monsters they created. |
Another d.ic measuring contest fa. Na this statistics we wan chop? The $35 billion Ras El Hekma coastal development in 2024, led by Abu Dhabi’s ADQ, was a standout: it alone accounted for most of the USD 46 billion FDI inflows. The Ras El Hekma coastal development project is a large-scale urban, tourism, and investment initiative aimed at transforming Egypt's North Coast into a major international destination. The project, a collaboration between Egypt and the UAE, involves developing a new city with residential areas, hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, and essential services on over 170 square kilometers. Our Lagos Calabar coastal highway is 700 kilometers and about $10billion but the funding is not FOREIGN so will not be counted as FDI anyway. Imagine if Nigeria wanted to do something great on 170 square kilometers, opposition will make all kinds of noise and say things like we should continue with what we have on ground. When Tinubu's FDI results start coming in, hope people will not start having seizures like they do when we remind them of Lagos. |
Kukutente23:i explained already but i will try breaking it in bits incase you genuinely want to understand and for those that may read to understand. FDI is Foreign Direct Investment. It is an investment made by a company or individual from one country into a business or entity in another country. International oil companies (IOCs) like Shell, Total, and Chevron were the biggest contributors, they made up over 60% of the FDI then. Currently, local-led companies like Seplat, Oando, Heirs Holdings are the ones making investments in oil and gas so it is no more FOREIGN or FDI. The major percentage of foreign investments now come from tech and fintech. FOREIGN investment in oil and gas has shrunk, local investment has increased. You just keep disgracing yourself. If the money is there why are we removing subsidy and devaluing the naira?i said that the investment money is there but from local companies. Nigeria didn't have enough money to pay for both fuel and FX subsidies. We were borrowing to pay from everywhere. It's part of the debt that was the famous ways and means. We borrowed future crude oil production just to pay subsidy. The complaints have been on for many years with nobody to bell the cat. Every educated persons suggested the removals and every political party promised to remove it. Almost every increase in pump price was an attempted removal of subsidy by a little percentage. Because of the backlash that follows such increase, all the FGs since OBJ were afraid to remove it, only grumbling. It got to the point the previous FG didn't even budget for the payment but left it for the next FG to solve. Tinubu did it and i give kudos to him for having the political will to, regardless of the backlash. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/01/weve-been-borrowing-to-fund-petrol-subsidy-finance-minister/? Why has our GDP sunk so abysmally low?Because of floatation which is calculated in dollars. It's actually an argument between six and half a dozen. To break it down, assuming Nigeria's total income (GDP deals with DOMESTIC product not foreign or international. That is goods and services in the country) is 120,000 naira and the exchange rate was 450/$, this is $266.67. As this 450/$ has now become about 1500/$, the same 120,000naira is now $80. The total income didn't reduce in naira/domestically. It reduced in dollars. Meaning if FG wants to increase the so called GDP this month, they'll just subsidize the dollar to 400/$ and this 120,000naira immediately becomes $300. Then we will all clap for Tinubu and worship at his feet for improving GDP. If you can see, this is just a d.ic measuring contest, nothing really changed or improved in this scenerio. Just some economists playing with numbers. Why are we owing so much than any other time in our history and still posing to take more debts? Why is their high unemployment such that NBS has refused to release employment data since last year?Again, the debt depends on what you are looking at, whether naira or dollars. The good news for me though is not about whether the debts decreased or if you argue increased. The good news for me is that we are no longer accumulating debts for subsidies. Our debts are now tied to meaningful projects. It's another pot of fish about whether the monies will be embezzled. 🇳🇬NIGERIA'S DEBT — HALF-EMPTY OR HALF-FULL? |
Rest on Jimmy Swaggart, thank you for giving to the Lord. We love you, and God loves you more. |
DeepSight:You are the emotional and biased one referred to my dear, not commodities and GDP. |
DeepSight:And you have proof of an absolutist support that sees no evil and hears no evil? |
Kukutente23:International oil companies (IOCs) like Shell, Total, and Chevron are divesting onshore assets. Growth in tech, fintech, and renewables has overtaken oil as FDI magnets. Much of today’s oil investments are: Local-led (Seplat, Oando, Heirs Holdings), financed through debt or equity, not direct foreign inflows. The money is still there but it is not under FOREIGN investment. It is now local. Also, we are now exporting the products of oil and gas, not importing. The relationship between your messiah's promise is that he and his people will try to tell the ignorant that things are bad and they will make them better. |
DeepSight:The Bible says don't resist. To resist is to oppose, and like i said that is my underpinning for decades. i don't resist the government, It's simple. If a government however tells you to do something ungodly, like you tried bringing up names to water down the message. The same Bible is complete to show us what to do. Like i mentioned Daniel, i can also add Daniel's three Hebrew friends. These are our (christian/believer) examples. They didn't resist or oppose the government of the 'despot' that ruled over them and probably killed their parents and loved ones. But when he wanted to force them to disobey God, they didn't obey him. They were persecuted instead. Like Peter said, we obey God rather than men, it's a scale. The church prayed for Peter's deliverance and God fought for them against Herod. None of them went around criticizing and instigating people against the governments of Rome or Judea. |
DeepSight:No Brentton Woods here i guess, we only use these things when they support our bias. |
DeepSight:i wonder what you'd conclude when i physically supported GEJ at the first, and later PMB. |
DeepSight:Can i have your definition which the Bible gives? Is Daniel saying no idolatry a definition of your resist? Did Paul faithfully support Nero by praying for him? |
This is a most foolish thing to say, i am thoroughly disappointed. |
DeepSight:Probably you have a different meaning and idea of resist to what i clearly stated as resisting or forceful, hostile, takeover-like protests. |
Kukutente23:check my updated post and update your knowledge. |
Food has landed. No b statistics we go chop today as this number seems not to favour Tinubu. It's not fake stats dear Mansa6. The numbers don't immediately tell you that over 60 to 75% of FDI then came from oil and gas, while today's FDI has just about 6 to 8% from oil and gas. Why the change? International oil companies (IOCs) like Shell, Total, and Chevron are divesting onshore assets. Growth in tech, fintech, and renewables has overtaken oil as FDI magnets. Much of today’s oil investments are: Local-led (Seplat, Oando, Heirs Holdings), financed through debt or equity, not direct foreign inflows. This is the from consumption to production rhetoric being done already. Today we have trade surplus, not deficit. We're exporting more than importing. Don't let any sorry opposition deceive you that they will do better. They are just like those boys promising a girl just the tip.

DeepSight:No rigmarole, you said "faithfully supporting," i didn't say that. Christians don't wrestle against flesh and blood. You cooperate with any leader and Caesar as far as it doesn't involve sin as clearly stated in the Bible. We obey God rather than men. So if Hitler says there's a census, or election, or pay tax and utilities bill, you do so and pray for him. This is Bible. If he says go and steal, or fornicate, or worship idols, be a Daniel. 1Ti 2:1 KJV I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 1Ti 2:2 KJV For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 1Ti 2:3 KJV For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; |
And all the numerous happy monogamous marriages have no men. Does this his ideology also apply for the biology of his wife and other women? Weak men making excuses for promiscuity and lack of self discipline. |
DeepSight:No, you talked about "faithfully supporting," which is different from resisting. The God-fearing should be subject and, of course, not be involved in resisting or forceful, hostile, takeover-like protests. |
DeepSight:Add Nero to the list. i didn't mention anything about faithful support. Read again. Rom 13:1 KJV Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Rom 13:2 KJV Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. |
Atarakpa:Na billionaire na. i guess he's still struggling with his senses to connect it with how he'd make Nigeria POssible in his tweet. |
Safyqueen:God Almighty will not curse Nigeria with him. God doesn't hate us that much. Affliction shall not arise again. |
Se Obi no go come here so? This is his gifting and calling, not presidential ambition. |
DeepSight:i learned recently to support a bad guy so that a worst and visionless guy would not come and finish me patapata. Election is a right, i choose the best out of the real contenders when opportuned. As for defense, i don't just attack for attack sake or condemn and oppose everything without a viable, practical and better solution, or just talk because my favourite is not the one carrying out the action. Nigeria is a very complex country with complex problems, i have learned to appreciate when something is being done to solve some of the problems. As for establish, i establish by evidence not by faith in this case(politics). Rom 13:1 KJV Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.My underpinning for decades. |
DeepSight:You mean all 36 state governors would loot all the money? No money paid for salary or projects? Wow. What is your suggestion to governance aside from utter condemnation? |
1Alex:On 14 January 2020, the Supreme Court declared Uzodimma the duly elected Governor of Imo State. The court held that results from 388 polling units were wrongly excluded from votes ascribed to Uzodimma and the APC in Imo adding that the first appellant Uzodimma holds the majority of lawful votes cast. He went to court and competently proved his case. He has since won reelection. i can keep giving you different news outlets with the same results. You said, "you know what the result later turned out to be after the whole saga". There was no change after till tomorrow. INEC is the constitutional authority to declare results, not some Chigozie in BBC. Disputes and discrepancies are solved with evidence at the tribunal/court. We didn't see such evidence for the allegations. Besides, to give you closure, you may do the math, let's forget that LP also allegedly rigged. Take all APC votes in Rivers and add them to LP if it makes you sleep better. See you in 2027 and come better prepared, not just mouth making, violence inciting, online polling. Have a decent situation room and adequate polling agents. Capture evidence on camera, not attempting to hack websites and using AI to do propaganda or calling on military and FIFA to take over the country and burn it. |

lexy2014:i can't waste time and resources discussing with a bot, approach humans to ask the questions on your behalf or use google. |

Okay, so Premiumtimes, thisday and fij are more credible and have the real results compared to the sites that i showed you? Where can you find these tales from INEC?` |
DeepSight cannot see these type of things. The mindset remains that all these will be looted. Welcome to the planet. |
Dpsychologist:After everything, you find out that money is really not everything. That doesn't negate the truth that money is a useful servant. These two truths coexist, don't play. |
