ElSudani: On a three year old? Some of you are simply evil. If you slap my child like that I swear I will not let the video get out or report to the police. What you get will straighten you out for life. Sorry to hurt your emotions, i don't have any interest whatsoever in slapping your child. Take your frustrations elsewhere. |

Kobojunkie: The alternative is to continue lowering the bar on crime — not enforce laws —and let criminals run amock. Oh wait, that is already happening nationwide even with the prisons overflowing. Nonsense! 🙄🙄🙄 It's only fair and just that we punished everyone slapping people in Nigeria, not some poor teacher woman alone. Only an ostrich does not know this isn't an isolated case. |

Kobojunkie: The law and its enforcement of it should not be based on the opinions of individuals. If 99% break the law, 99% should be punished for breaking the law. Pretty straightforward, right? 🙄🙄🙄 Let's build massive prisons nationwide then, we need to enforce this law. |

Kobojunkie: Fight her for what? The teacher should be behind bars for assaulting the kids who is also a Nigerian citizen covered under anti-assault laws. Don't be an hypocrite. It's very certain 99% don't even think slapping or beating children is against any constitution. Even the people who want to put someone behind bars slap every day. |

hotseat: Teacher, don't teach me nonsense - Fela Kuti.
A teacher who is thoroughly frustrated in life shouldn't be allowed to teach at all.
They carry their frustration to school and vent it on innocent pupils and students.
Sacking her isn't enough!
She must face the full weight of the law!
Gbam!
@hotseat What's the law? Thou shalt not slap? What's the weight of the law on slapping? |

LordReed: The effects of a global flood would be very scientifically detectable.
Get an expert in geology that has geological evidence for the flood. Next get a biology expert that can show how plants survived the flood with the way the flora is set up now. Let's start with those. It's no normal flood, right? It's a global divine flood. The type that covers mountains and has rains for 40days. Again, who is an expert in geology? i don't need you questioning his university or nationality or experience after my efforts. So,let's see your criteria for expert. One man's expert is another man's apprentice. |

Christianity Etc › Re: This OT Verse Strongly Proves That Jesus Is God! - All Doubts Cleared by Image123(m): 12:35pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
LordReed: A global flood will leave the same footprint all over the globe and not just geologically. Having animals depart and return to their biomes would leave markers. The flora too would also have markers from such an event. These are just the ones that occur to me, I am sure experts in the various fields of science would come up with many more. Have you experienced one before, or know people who experienced one before to be certain of these? What makes one an expert, a Ph.D in science? |

descarado: Do they really do the right thing? You know how many lost their first, second or third job cos of carrying naija attitudes and behaviour to work. They will not tell you so. Nigerians are very aggressive and dangerously envious of one another abroad. It's over time, they learn to acclimatise. You are vigorously painting everyone with the same brush. Anyone gets fired abroad including the citizens. There's "no time" there. Go to just Dubai there and watch Nigerians behaving, queuing, not stealing, not throwing thrash anywhere, obeying traffic laws, paying bills, etc. It's only when they see each other in groups and have a "Nigerian community" that they start misbehaving again, especially the young ones. |

GloriousGbola: Have you stopped to wonder about the fact that Nigerians usually respond only to violence? That the only way Nigerians will do the right thing is if they are threatened with beating?
This is where it starts from. This is why Nigerians have to be whipped to stay in a queue. Because we have been raised like animals from childhood, like animals we can only respond to a stick and cannot be counted on to use common sense. Wrong, no one beats the same Nigerians abroad to do the right thing. Because they know there's consequences and no man to man, do you know who I am to armtwist the law. |
