The common man are not seeing the outcome of the tough choices made. i clearly explained that it is commonsense that there'll be a shortage after increase in salaries and minimum wage by over 100% compared to what was budgetted. The news also mentioned that payment platform added to the delay. It's not mutually exclusive, i mentioned the two.
