Under Section 134(2) of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution, to be elected President, a candidate must:
Obtain the highest number of votes cast at the election; and
Obtain not less than one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in at least two-thirds of all the states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

IF nobody meets this, a second election (run-off or re-run as you called it) is held between the leading candidates according to the constitutional rules. The 25% requirement is therefore important because simply getting the most votes nationwide is not by itself sufficient to win the presidency.
You don't seem to know much about rigging, you can't rig in Nigeria election if you're not popular. If you're shouting rigging and still claiming the person is unpopular, you don't know what you're saying.
Secondly, you can't claim you won with zero evidence, and still gaslight others that you were not voted for. It makes zero sense. The same guys crying they won claim different other tribes didn't vote for them but voted for the "loser".
Thirdly, there's no humanly possible way that the North or South West will vote any other Southerner apart from Tinubu when they know that Tinubu will leave by 2031 and it'll be all theirs to contest. This is reality. You can't convince the North to leave Atiku, leave Tinubu and vote for Obi so that they will be president in 2035. Stop dreaming. Apart from that, he's not a muslim. Wake up. Don't you play chess or any critical thinking game?

Almost all popular catholic priests, cardinals and bishops are from the South East. Because Catholicism is the biggest denomination in the South East. Catholic missionary works were most established in the region.
Pentecostal Christianity grew rapidly in South West part of Nigeria ahead of other regions, maybe due to more literature and media exposure.
Has very little to do with politics, know your history, please.
