But all of you don't want to hear the truth because your reason for supporting your side is that they are my tribe or my religion, or to spite the other tribe or religion or region. And the sad thing is, the other side thinks that way.

No one is denying Nigeria's oil dependence. What we are saying is there is clear progress to improve on that. Have you got a better or more practical solution than complaints? FAAC sharing formula is rooted in law and the constitution. If you call that sharing the oil money, what is your alternative and how will it be practically accomplished?

Every region in Nigeria has been ravaged with insecurity at one time or the other. The unfortunate thing is that the SE is most shaken by it, going by the fall out of terrible revenues and tax and the multitudes shipping themselves to other regions by the hour.
We all remember when Lamidi kalu's gang used to lock everyone up in their bedrooms every other market day, that even years after his arrest and incarceration, fear still keeps many indoors. We all watched the sad video where students and teachers were flogged for daring to come out to write WAEC exams in the SE. How about the many kidnaps and cannibalism that were blamed on herdsmen and even government when Ekparimo was daily telling us that they were the ones doing it. It's mind boggling how people who are scared to go home for even celebrations until recently are reiterating about insecurity in other regions.
As for the SW, everyone is usually welcome, hence the obvious reason why anyone blends. Not all this nonsense you're conjuring and mentioning me. And as the SW people have consistently shown, insecurity and similar madnes is not allowed. Nobody will hide you, pamper you or spread anti-government conspiracies to defend criminal elements. Ahahahahahahahahahahahah, i have not had a better laugh in the last hour. What is the meaning of fighting corruption though, because i am aware that corruption is being curbed and reduced, especially with the use of new technology and auditing in cases like civil service, nnpc and other O&G, ministry of interior is also doing fairly in the area, and communications and digital economy is working withothers too in this area. As for physically hauling and trying corrupt people, the agencies are not sleeping as well. Ease of business is also picking up. If you have more critical ideas, you can bring up. It's easy to throw up accusations about how everyone is stealing, we need lasting solutions to curb them.
Tax to GDP ratio, is that not a crucial thing that the tax reforms they just started implementing addressed? NRS is already giving us incredulous results.
Cutting government waste is a loose catch phrase. Anyone and anything can be termed waste these days. Even the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway is government waste to some, so that area is debatable. As for the other things you mentioned, that is the key to more suffering for the common man(sack tens of thousands of government workers and remove more subsidies, haba mana). Jagaban will have to be insane to do that before elections. He's yet to fully recover politically from the major ones already done.

For instance, democracy wasn't widely practised in Jesus's day, but it is still politics. Jesus avoided monarchy, yet He is the King of kings, and the Governor, the Only Potentate. God Himself(the Father, Jehovah, Yahweh) RULES. All of this has to do with POLITICS. Politics is simply the process of making decisions, managing resources, and distributing power within a group or society. That group might be your family, your place of work, local government, place of worship or country.
It is devil-approved ignorance to limit satan's influence to only some part of politics. Politics includes activities such as:
Electing leaders, making and enforcing laws, debating public issues, managing government institutions, negotiating and resolving conflicts between different groups, etc.
Politics takes place at many levels: local politics (cities, towns, villages), national politics (a country's government), international politics (relations between countries).

Satan's influence is visible in politics, education, literature, science, art, commerce, sports, music, entertainment in general. If you want to avoid it, you'd have to leave the world, like Paul said. The Bible doesn't say to run away from it or live as an hermit in some sad hall. What the Bible says is "Love not the world". That's a whole chapter.
But let's summarily come back to our conversation, don't play the politics, the deception, the dirtiness, the power play. Any of these can be play in the home, church or government.
