These are some of the reasons why when you go to court, you lose and claim that the judiciary has been bribed or is controlled. Because you are simply beyond logic, reason or being straightforward.
Her friend said that she was EVENTUALLY rushed to the hospital. That word gives a gap/room. But nonetheless, Umahi himself doesn't seem to have been there but talking from a report. He said that the event happened in the guestroom/house far from where he stays. All of that is non-issue. If he's making a report, it's different. We all make summary of events, where we might put in more seriousness when it is a court or police statement. Her father's affidavit is for withdrawal of case, not an investigatin of his daughter's health history. He doesn't have to say all he knows about the lady in his affidavit of withdrawal. Who said that the boyfriend did not inform the parents after her demise but saw fit to inform the minister? Did the parents tell you personally that they were informed or not informed? A 26year old lady is of marriageable age and can very well be a mother in any society. Both Umahi and the father have corroborated that the lady was a nurse and not a physiotherapist. No 5 of the affidavit clearly says she was a personal nurse to Umahi's immediate staff. This is normal. Umahi has said already that she is close and has worked with him for 3 years or so and as a governor. Even to the point of him personally paying for her hospital bills in a Turkish hospital with records.
Umahi did not say if her father was aware of or not aware of health challenges, you have said/added that. It is also a very normal possibility that a 26-year-old lady's dad might not know some things about her, that her boyfriend might know. One has to be quite slow not to be aware of such a probability. All the foolish tales about being paid are not new tactics to me. There used to be a time on this platform some people used to say i am paid or a pastor to discuss Christianity.
