No one has said that there is no christian persecution. Anyone that lives godly will suffer persecution, it is all over the world, including Nigeria. What i have clearly said is that Nigeria's security situation is not just glossed over by saying it is christian persecution. There is banditry, there is terrorism, there is kidnapping, there are herdsmen and farmers problem, and there's the age-long persecution in Plateau state and other places. Get your reasoning right.

When we are fed a narrative that 50,000 Christians have been killed since 2009. Perhaps we should say samde about the US where over 100 fatalities are recorded daily just for gun violence. The current one probably thinks otherwise. i am certain most of the popular and revered pastors think otherwise. There has been years of deadly insecurity, no doubt. But the claims that it is only targeted at Christians is either misguided or misleading.
Those criminals have razed cities, villages, farms, buses, markets, etc for years without asking if you know Jesus or not. It has had very very little to do with religion, but more to do with money, land grabbing, and political negligence.

Were you killed when lamidi sent his boys to cause mayhem all over the South East? What is the meaning of persecution? A person that committed treason, that is responsible for killing of many of our soldiers and police men/women, coupled with innocent people that are killed weekly on Mondays in the South East is being persecuted? Abd this factor of averages is an important tool in many aspects from cost control to cost comparisons for efficiency in design and implementation. That single figure becomes a beacon by which other projects are compared.

The average cost per kilometer has been given. What is the lenght of the project? What is the cost of the project? What exactly are you after?
